My birthday treat. I got thick 2C wavy hair and now can dry my hair on a lowest heat setting in 15 minutes. Lowest heat setting is not burning my scalp but is hot enough to dry my hair in no time. Cool shot is really cool. The most important it makes my hair shiny and not frizzy at all. Blow dry looks like I went to the salon and it stays until the next hair wash (3 days for me). Hair dryer is not heavy and buttons are comfortable. I bought it on sale but I think it is worth the full price. Dryer is stylish, powerful quality item. Will work well for thick, wavy or curly hair. Package was beautiful and I enjoyed unpacking.

This is the best hair dryer I’ve ever had. It dries my hair so fast and with limited frizz (I have naturally curly/ wavy hair) but straighten it most days and my straightening time has definitely decreased since having this hairdryer. Yes as other reviews say it is a little heavier than most but not a problem and just makes it a more sturdy product. Brilliant hair dryer.

It is a good hair dryer and does the job, makes my hair nice and silky and straighter so straightening is half the effort. However, it is not as powerful as i thought it would be. It takes my hair a little longer to dry than my old battered hair dryer. I think it may be a lot to do with the attachment and the slot that the air comes out of being a little to slim. I would have bought the airshot pro if I could have afforded it.

Sounds daft but this hairdryer really is amazing and does make a difference. I have long thick hair and this dryer dries in half the time of my old one. I looked at some of the reviews before buying and some said it was heavy and the buttons are in the wrong place. I don't think it's heavy at all and from memory all my prev driers buttons are in the same place. Great dryer would def recommend
I am really impressed with this hairdryer. It dries my hair quickly and it's light to hold. I have found my hair dries smoother, with less bulk and with less frizz so it is much easier to dry and style my hair. I know others have said the position of the controls is not ideal but it has not caused me any trouble when using. Love it.
It's a lovely hairdryer with a quality feel and luxury look in comparison to cheaper brands. It does not feel heavier than what I had and the position of the temperature and speed controls is great for me. The cable is soft and maleable and easy to wrap around (even though I know I shouldn't). The concentrators are great with a thin slit. Others I had looked at were so wide I could stick my fingers into them. I have fine, frizzy hair so was hoping that I'd found a dryer that wouldn't need me to straighten afterwards. Unfortunately, that's not the case. I still get the frizz and need to smooth it over. So for that reason it's not quite delivering on what it purports to do, I've given this dryer 4 stars.
The best hair dryer I’ve ever owned. Used to have a GHD air dryer but this one is so much better. It’s much more lightweight, easy to use and clean, and the different heat settings means I can dry my hair regularly with minimal to no damage. Paired with a bamboo bristle brush, my hair has never looked and felt better!! Would definitely recommend!
This is by far the worst hairdryer I have ever owned.. everyone has their own preference, this is definitely not mine…. The buttons are where you hold the dryer so I keep hitting the cold air one, so annoying! I’m a big fan of cloud nine but this hairdryer was to me a complete disappointment… definitely does not make flyaways stay away ! Does nothing for frizz,,, my hair is very fine so don’t have much of either so could imagine if I had thick hair !Going back to my old hairdryer… waste of money for an expensive hairdryer.. but that’s just my opinion
Perfect! Quality item. Speedy delivery, cute packaging including dust bag. Hairdryer has numerous settings and is a solid item. Treat for myself and was therefore able to pass on my current airshot to my teenage daughter who is over the moon as she does not keep having to borrow mine. Got on Black Friday so discount and free gift. Cannot be more pleased with my purchase.
This is the most expensive hairdryer I have ever bought but decided to see if it was worth paying more for. I am glad I did. My hair feels so much softer and shinier and in better condition after using this. Will stick with cloud 9 from now on. The only thing that put me off first time I used it was the weight, I did find it heavy compared to any dryer I’ve used before. I decided not to return it as the more lightweight version is outside of my price range. After using it a few times though I’m getting used to it. Hoping it will tone my bingo wings up.
