I purchased a pair of the brand new cordless Cloud Nine straighteners to replace my Cloud Nine wide iron and was so excited when they arrived. However although the packaging is out of this world the actual product was a disaster. The straighteners lasted 5-10 mins before shutting off and needing charging again (which took up to 50 minutes!). I was not impressed. I sent them back for a refund and was told they worked fine when tested back at HQ. Absolute waste of money - don’t bother.

Really not worth a £300 + price tag. Nicely designed but the plates are much smaller than what I expected and not much use on my wavy shoulder length hair. Probably OK if you have already styled your hair and you just want to touch up during the day whilst out and about.Sorry cloud nine. I'm very disappointed in this product .

Love the cordless straightener. It’s so light and absolutely perfect for touch ups and when in a hurry. I have thick mid length hair which can be a little stubborn so I only took one star off because I wish it had a little more heat. The battery charges fast and lasts a while. I completely recommend for quick styling

This product looks very high quality with all of its leather wallets and carry case but unfortunately I find it quite flimsy. It does not hold its charge nor does it even balance in its charger (you have to lay it down and push it until it connects to the charge). The plates are also very small for a standard hair straightener. I would not recommend these and the price is extortionate in comparison to what you are provided with. The customer service is awful too.
Really good product. Super packaging and come with so many extra things. Only bad thing is that the battery does not last very long and find I can just about straighten all of my hair before it dies.
Love the design of this Iron. It's super compact and fits in clutch bags and even some larger purses. Surprisingly powerful for how small it is and is hotter than I imagined it would be. I have even used this on the tube on the way to work and it was an easy and enjoyable experience! Thanks cloud nine for saving my hair
I tried the dyson coralle iron as I wanted a cordless iron and was really disappointed with the experience. It was far too heavy to carry anywhere with me so never actually used it out of my bedroom. This is so light you can literally put it in your handbag and wouldn’t even notice. Love the vibration mode too. Really impressed.
I would not recommend this product at all. The heat does not even last for more than seven minutes. I was a massive fan of the cloud nine touch so expected a lot more from this product. They look amazing that is about it. I am just sticking to the ghd corded from now on and not even buying a new cloud nine touch as this has put me off.
Hi, it’s a very smart beautiful tool and it has a very beautiful feeling when you hold it in your hands but the battery life is very poor and limited and the worst thing is it cannot be also connected with the wire. I really wish it was you know like you were performance like working wish it had a wired connection as well as wireless but not. if you have like thick hair you have to be careful before purchasing it is the battery runs out very quickly and then you have to wait for it to get charged again that takes about more than an hour. A massive disappointment for a very big cost! The device lasted 12min tops and constantly zapped me. Didn’t even straighten half my hair and was faulty as it wouldn’t charge after use
