Shipping was prompt and smooth. The clock was packaged perfectly and thoughtfully. Installation was a breeze with the cardboard aid included. Remember to purchase 2 Type C batteries before hand! The clock does make a small flipping sound when it flips every minute but the hour is quite loud. The clock is incredibly accurate it’s been weeks and it always flips the hour at the exact same second every hour. Amazing conversation piece, everyone who came to my home noticed it and ended up purchasing one as well.

I bought this for my daughter and son-in-law for Christmas. They love it! It sits on the fireplace mantle in the great room for all to see. So simple, but fun and unique!

The clock is great and fits in well with my decor. Although the setup instructions could have been a bit more helpful with setting the actual time. Took a few tries to get use to and gauge when the clock actually starts counting.

I LOVED my clock, which I bought at MOMA. But recently it simply stopped. I replaced batteries. Nothing. I reset time. Nothing. It simply died. I have searched for customer support but there doesn't seem to be any. So be forewarned: you will love it, and then it will die. Boom.
I LOVE the product. Looks great and works perfectly. Only downside is on the website it gave the wrong information about the battery size, so I wasted money on them unfortunately
Not only did this stop working properly....right now it is 2:07 pm where I am but it says IT'S NINE FORTY-SIX. At first I thought it was the batteries but I got new ones and this is how it is. And to make things worst, their customer service would not reply on how to fix this. I would say DO NOT BUY.

After a few hours the hours didn’t flip anymore, they hung for about 4 hours and then got back to work. Due to my shifts at work it just happened that it did not work when I was not at home. Once I was a day off work I saw it. Thanks to the very friendly and helpful costumer service I was able to send the clock back and to receive another one in the mail within a few days. And here is where the drama started. The second clock did exactly the same! Once again I used the friendly customer service, and within days I had another clock in the mail. Have the clock since 3 days and I am already in contact with customer service.The hour flips bunch up randomly. Checked the flips by turning 24hrs manually. Flips are ALL in the correct position.Every morning I can see the hour flips bunched up over night.Additionally the release mechanism of the hour flips is making a relatively loud 'click' - it's like a reminder that another hour has passed for checking, whether the hour flip fell down ... or not.Summary: Great idea and design, BUT it doesn't work smoothly and correctly.
I am super impressed with this piece of art which is also a clock. I have been showing it off to all my friends and the results are unanimous - it’s awesome!Out of the box I did have a little problem with some of the flips getting hung up - BUT - this was only an opportunity to test the 5 star customer service that Cloudnola provided. I had email responses within one business day, and I was quickly able to resolve the issue with their guidance. AND - if I wasn’t able to, Cloudnola was ready and willing to back up their warranty with an exchange.The clock keeps time very well and I have zero concerns.Highly recommend!
This clock is way to expensive to be just something meant for the landfill. The clock broke after the 1 year warranty. I contacted cloud nola about a repair they said there was nothing to be done and offered me a discount code to buy another one. The website says they're easy to repair, but the clock maker near me said no. Then when I wrote back to cloud nola they didn't respond. Terrible customer service. Very disappointing, because I love the look of the clock so much.
