Low quality and unsafe product. Initially I called the store and was not asked what the problem was, instead I was told to sell the product on Market Place. I submitted a request through customer support online, so far no response after more than 1 week, stuck with an unusable product and out of pocket. Do not recommend.

The leg in the middle was too high so the bed is uneven. Frustrating. Had to remove it so the bed was stable.
