This bag is the perfect size, in my opinion! It holds my large wallet, a large cosmetic bag, and there is even plenty of room for an average size book. I love the fact that there are not a bunch of pockets that causes me to always be rifling through my bag to "find" what I am searching for. There is an outside zipper pocket that is useful for chapstick, lipstick, pens, etc. I even put my iPhone in there on occasion. It is a little small for the iPhone, but is helpful to stash it in there while I checkout at a register, or for just short periods of time that I need both hands free. I have had several styles of Coach bags, but I can honestly say, I will be a repeat buyer of this bag, in different colors. For me, it is absolutely perfect!

I just received my "new version," Rowan satchel in Saffiano leather. I was interested to see if the design changes would noticeably alter the look of the bag - and they do, but in very subtle ways. The new Rowan has the outside zipper on the back of the bag, which gives it a sleeker, more tailored look, and the zipper no longer has tabs on each end which conforms with the simpler and somewhat less bulky design. This bag has a rounded shape overall - the original is slightly more boxy. I was concerned that the 1/2" they took away in the length would be an issue, but not at all (not even noticable). The pattern with the adorable bees is what drew me to this bag, however it's smaller than what I'm used to and a tight fit for the matching coach wallet, a very small cosmetic bag and an iPhone 10. I have 3 in different designs. This Rowan Satchel is exquisitely crafted, the floral design is gorgeous and the bag is very spacious. I carry a lot on a daily basis and I can easily fit everything into the Satchels. I wear the satchel crossbody and it is very comfortable with easy access to anything I reach for.I love that I can purchase wallets (large and compact) and card holders to match each bag. I've never wanted a coach purse, they didn't seem to have any styles that I liked. But while on vacation in NOLA, I visited an outlet w my mother & sister-in-law & there she was! A multi-colored cream and deep tan Rowan Satchel!!! Immediately I fell in love! Very easy to keep clean & the inside is super spacious, with a pocket & zipper pocket; as well as an additional zipper pocket on the outside. I usually like smaller purses but this one has been an absolute dream! And the adjustable strap made it more realistic for a smaller person like myself. Will definitely be on the lookout for more from Coach!!
This satchel looks amazing in leopard print! I have purchased the Rosen Satchel in several other colors, when it came out in leopard print I knew I had to have it! I received my satchel within days, and packaged securely with lots of padding.... I appreciate this as my mail delivery has been a bit unpredictable lately.Rich bold colors make this satchel look great to go into fall. I purchased all the accessories, and it looks wonderful!This satchel is quite roomy, and has a separate zipper compartment on the front for my cards or key fob. I love how it comes with another strap if I want to wear it as a crossbody, or simply carry it alone on my wrist. I had to order another for my daughter who admired it right out of the box!
I got the Rowan in gunmetal/signature canvas w/silver hardware & the matching wristlet & WOW! I am wicked impressed! Large enough to carry my essential diabetes stuff, sunglasses case, the wristlet & plenty of room for more! I will go bigger on my next bag for sure but this is a great mid range sized bag. My 1st Coach bag & will not be my last!!! I purchased the darker denim version in the store near me. The fabric has much more depth and contrast between the letters and background ie the C's are dark but the background is much lighter. Also it feels like a soft cotton and there is no sheen. But what sold me is the leather. It feels very high quality and has finishing identical to the retail bags using this colorway, with a brown edging that's hard to see in the photos but makes it look more luxe and also adds some range in terms of what you're wearing it with. I had originally wanted a lighter bag for summer but I think this will work better and take me right through fall and then pick back up again in spring.
