First, let me say I absolutely love my handbag. It's my first designer bag. I love the material and the shoulder strap the most. My issue is the design of the zipper. The ends of the zipper are not directly sewed to the bag. The ends stick out like tabs. Well, I assume you are supposed to tuck the tabs in because that's how the picture looks online. Doing this makes it very difficult to zip and unzip. You literally, have to squeeze the bag to get the zipper to move. This is hard to explain but I swear I'm trying my best. Because the tab is pushed inward it makes a downward curve and if the zipper gets opened too much it will get stuck. This has caused the zipper seam on my purse to rip. This is a beautiful bag. The color is really nice. It's one of those primary color deep greens. Definitely not the army green. They sell these days which is fine. Those are beautiful as well but this was a nice Rich color. The weather is beautiful where's well the interior is very nice and it's a fairly light weight bag. I love the two straps they hang nice on the shoulder or Crossbody. The bag has one minor flaw. There's a couple of inside pockets on one side there's two slicked pockets. Those are fine on the other side is one big slit pocket with a snap closure. That snap closure broke after a week having the back I couldn't on snap and it pulled right out of the fabric. My favorite feature of this bag is the outside zippered pocket that is large enough for a cell phone and car keys. One interior side has 2 open pockets that can be used for easy access to a passport or cell phone. The other interior side pocket has a snap closure. The zipper pull to close the bag is well constructed and durable. The bag is much larger than I expected with no interior dividers. As a shoulder bag, I like that the strap is short and 1 1/2 inches wide so that it fits securely on my shoulder and does not slip off. The middle of the bag stops at my elbow. An IPAD or small computer would also fit inside, but I would recommend using the enclosed large strap to carry as a cross body.Overall, a well made and designed Coach bag.

The purse is very well made, and I was particularly impressed with the quality of the brass hardware. The inside is roomy and can fit my laptop (albeit with a little adjusting). I like how the body of the bag is a bit more flexible to expand to what you put inside, while the bottom is more structured so that it looks sturdy and expensive. I personally will not be using it as a messenger bag, so I like that I can remove that strap completely. I also like the that the main handle is also removable, so for those who only want to use it as a messenger bag, there will never be another strap in the way. The flax is a very nice yellow gold color. Nice contrast and goes well with a number of other colors. Leather is soft and pebble texture makes it easy to take care of. Good medium size (fits everything I would normally take with me such as iPhone 13, medium or full size wallet, tissues, mask, lipgloss, floss, inhaler, small hand lotion. This would have gotten 5 stars if I had not noticed one of the straps just unbuckling by itself when I set the bag on my bureau. This means that I can only use one strap at a time and cannot leave both the long and short straps on at the same time. The style and design of the clips is causing unbuckling especially when two straps are attached. The clips need to be redesigned.
