I absolutely love this bag!! It’s so practical for every day use. It fits my phone, iPad, laptop and charger for days I’m on campus. But it’s also very functional to where you can still use it even if you’re only bringing your phone and keys. The middle zip pocket is nice for putting smaller or more valuable things. I’ve even kept water bottle in this bag. This is my go to for most occasions. It’s also so beautiful and I feel so fancy wearing it. Perfect for conferences or others dress up needs. The maroon colors on the inside really elevate the bag. My one critique would be that I would prefer silver hardware instead of the gold. This bag is very durable and has lasted me through many travels and long days.

I love my purse. It’s very versatile and can be used for any occasion. It’s perfect to use throughout the work week, if you’re doing something over the weekend or even going away. It’s spacious enough for me to carry a laptop or books — it’s also durable. I live in NYC and have to commute on packed subways! The straps are comfortable and no matter how much you fill this purse, the straps do not dig into your shoulders. Coach has done an amazing job.

I've wanted a Mollie Tote for quite some time, so when they went on sale at a price I could NOT pass up, I purchased one in red. In the display photo, the bag looked closer to a wine-red; upon unboxing though, it's almost a deep orange-red, a burnt-red. And i absolutely love it! I don't have a bag in THIS color, and I much prefer it to the burgundy or wine-color! It's just beautiful; large, too, with a middle zippered section for my wallet. I saw the measurements, so I'm not sure why I expected it to be just a tad larger. I adore a HUGE bag, and I only carry BIG purses, so there's a teeny, tiny, microscopic flicker of disappointment regarding that. But it's still a 5-star bag, and I'm extremely happy with my purchase!

Mollie Signature Canvas Tote in light Khaki

I love the bag. The color is much nicer in person than in the picture. I like that it has structure and plenty of room and not bulky. I ordered it on line and received it in less than a week. The company does a nice job packaging the item before shipping. I received my shipment during a heavy rain storm. I am not sure who or when the box was put into a protective plastic bag, but I was very please that the box stayed dry and there was no damage to the tote bag. A side note, I also have in the past returned an item and the process is very easy, but keep in mind there is a return fee if you choose to use their preprinted label.

Perfect Large Sized Bag

I love the style, shape, and size of this tote bag. It is more structured but still has some flexibility which I really like. I can't stand how droopy some tote bags get when they are filled with items. I needed a new large bag as I tend to carry multiple items & the majority of the bags I do have are too small. I bought it in the taupe color, it is a very neutral color and will match almost everything. I tend to only buy black bags but decided to take a chance with this color. The only reason I am giving it 4 out of 5 stars is because it came with a strong plastic smell. I have bought countless bags from Coach and Coach Outlet over the years and have never had one come with a smell. It threw me off for a bit but I hope that it just needs to air out.

So disappointed

Not a fan of the pebble leather BUT I was told it would wear better. It doesn't give the luggage leather feel I like. Straps frayed after 3 months & not everyday use. Stitching came out of the side. Straps are very thin compared to the size of the bag. Upset because I thought I was buying good quality so I didn't have worry about it. Still have to return (spent months caring for a sick mom w/cancer) pulled my srurdy MK leather tote out of the closet to throw from around the doctor's & hospital rooms. It has held up well.

What happened??!!

This tote came with a free leopard print card case that I received first. It arrived in a thick sealed envelope with a cardboard insert, wrapped in paper and sealed in a plastic bag with the classic coach logo. I thought it was very nicely packaged for a free item and made me anticipate the receipt of my Mollie tote even more. 2 days later my tote came and I was severely underwhelmed and disappointed! The tote was literally in a huge cardboard box with no packing material at all, only an invoice. No tissue, no dust bag, nothing to help it retain its shape, no tissue on the straps and no inner box. It was just banging around in this huge battered box and closed up with 2 pieces of tape. Buying from Coach used to be an experience and an investment. Every purchase always reeked of class, elegance, luxury and care. Presentation is key and they get 0 stars for that. I called customer service and was told that I could go to my nearest outlet to get a complimentary dust bag. The one near me is 30 miles away and I am disabled. It turns out that I was lied to. I had to pay for a dust bag, eat the cost of gas ($25 round trip) and was told that I should have been offered 10% or $25 off my next purchase. That didn't happen. I intended to buy at least 5 more bags to finish up my early Christmas shopping but now I'm very skeptical about doing so. It's not a great strategy to make customers feel like you don't care about them, their purchase or their hard earned money and that's exactly how I feel. I've seen knockoff designer bags sent with better care and showmanship. Maybe you should take a page out of their book.

I admit to wanting this bag in pink then settling on white, hoping I could get a small organizer bag to go inside in pink, but it's just not worked out yet. What about having the inner zip pocket in pink? I love the bag but since I'm a functional gal also wish it had one or two more pockets (one on the inside and the other outside). And, I also think the handle length could be more flexible if you added more holes like I am going to have done. I have purchased many of your products at full price and always loved them and the person that stole two of them undoubted liked them too!
