Love my Tabby I bought The stone color. Many compliments love the softness of the leather the classy look of the hardware I can use it as a crossbody or shoulder. Love the linking of the bag. Fits all my essentials and always drags the attention of the room. People can't believe the quality and design it never loose the bag structure and that's what I like. Keep it up Coach I been a customer for more than 15 years and it never disappoints.

I initially bought this bag in store, the sales assistant said it was their last one in stock. When I got home and opened the package it was clear that it was a return. It was wrapped in a random piece of plastic, no official tag, it was taped onto the plastic with a hand-written product number and the bag had creases. It definitely makes a beautiful going out bag and I think that's the main way I'll use it because it is quite small. It really doesn't fit much and that's coming from someone who can usually grab her phone and keys and run out the door. Luckily the bag ended up looking fine and all bags will get some wear and tear over time. I'm just disappointed that a company with the history and reputation of coach would charge so much for a beautifully crafted leather bag and make the experience of receiving the bag so poor. I was looking forward to the luxury experience because I don't splash out on purchases like this often and I really did not get what I was hoping for.

I purchased this in the light violet color and she is gorgeous. Love the new color. As soon as I saw it I had to have it. The newer accordion style with the extra pocket. Nice to see Coach using silver hardware to switch things up a bit. It's a slight new twist on a classic bag. I also bought the silver link chain strap to accent the hardware and it did not disappoint. I cannot recommend this bag enough.

I brought a light coal pillow tabby and was so in love with it that I brought an aqua one.When it arrived it is missing a dust bag, coach card, no paper stuffings to keep it in shap, totally no wrapping for the hardware and ontop of it, a used crushed bent strap anyhow stuffed into a dirty looking inside and to top it off - the leather is torn at the corner of the bag n the under side of the bag looks yellowish! I don't know what on earth happened to this bag - did someone bring it for a wild ride before returning it?! Why on earth did coach even accept the return in such a poor condition?! Is this how the discounted bag looks like for any item on sale? I will attach the photos if I can. Nice and puffy except if has a big "welt" -- strange crease right in the front that will not come out no matter how much stuffing etc. It looks like the leather was sewn incorrectly and I stead of pulling the stick, and righting the leather, they just speed stitched over the crease. Not attractive but that is what you should expect from the Coach outlet: defective products from the "real retail" stores and made-cheap for the outlet stores. Be warned. The retail does not provide the majority of its products to the outlets on clearance. Rather, Coach uses inferior quality leather and craftship to produce thinner and cheaper looking products.
