Codral cold and flu is the best to manage symptoms as soon as you feel the beginning of a cold. It literally gives you enough relief from symptoms to get on with your day, and pain relief for aching muscles due to temperature etc. I also find the night time tablets makes for a more restful sleep, actually make you a little drowsy in a good way. I normally take the codral with Armaforce as my herbal supplement.

Bought this a month ago when I had a very itchy, scratchy throat and was almost constantly coughing... specially at night. This stopped the throat irritation within half an hour of taking it and I didn't cough again for the next couple of hours till the effect of the medication lasted.
