The quality of this item is quite good and consistent with other flavors from this brand. To me, the chocolate flavor is on the lighter side. It is not overly sweet, though, which is good. Even though it is sugar-free, it does have have an artificial sweetener taste. It mixes well in coffee and very little is needed for a creamy texture. I would give it 4.5 if I could, but I prefer the vanilla and hazelnut flavors over the sugar-free chocolate. I only wish iherb offered more flavor options in this brand. The ingredients are not "clean," but sugar-free is nice.
Wow, I can’t believe how delicious this coffee creamer is. I have just recently discovered it here and all the positive comments inspired me instantly. There is nothing like it here in Germany.my package arrived in less than the expected time, neatly packaged and I will get other sugarfree flavors too. I can highly recommend it!
I hate how companies do... this is my favorite coffee creamer. but it cost them less money to produce the sugar-free alternative. and they're the same price, except the one that isn't sugar-free has 15oz while the one that is is 10oz. And every single company does this, if it saves them money to produce a healthier alternative, you better believe they're still going to charge you more for it being healthy. ik sometimes it cost more to produce a healthy alternative. but it doesn't make any sense to charge people more than the original when you're already saving money. This has that super sweet, Nestle hot coco in the tin my mom bought when we were kids. I never cared for, it has a artificial taste, too sweet, and you need a lot of it to make the coffee taste like anything. This is extremely expensive for what you can essentially buy for a couple of bucks in the hot coco section. No, I would not recommend.

Now it's really inconsistent. I see lots of replies to reviews saying that the formula/recipe hasn't changed, but something has. I've had good containers with the new packaging and new name, but I've had far more bad containers that smell and taste weird. Almost no chocolate flavor. I bought a 3-pack of sugar-free chocolate crème a couple of months ago and they all taste bad. I have about a tablespoon left of my last container that was good. I guess I get to enjoy one more cup of coffee. Why can't the production be consistent? Something has changed. You can keep saying it's the same, but you clearly aren't using the product.
I really like this creamer, as my favourite coffee flavour is mocha. It gives a nice chocolatey taste that isn't too overpowering. And the best part is that it's sugar free so it works great for my diet! Would recommend for coffee lovers who want a healthier option for their creamer.
