We have used one before and found it the best one we have ever used. We now have pepper and salt - its a lifetime investment after throwing out most cheaper ones as they always break down eventually.

Ordered this as a gift and opened it to find marks on the mill and the tissue wrapping had pepper grind in it. Says it comes pre-filled but it only had a few pepper pieces in the bottom. Looks like I was sent a used item. Incredibly disappointed and left with no time to find an alternative gift.

Have had Cole & Mason mills in the past and have been impressed with the quality. Needed to update my pepper mill and particularly liked the design of the walnut Morley Crank. I was even more delighted when it arrived! It is a good size, quite weighty, and is a lovely finish. It is very sturdy and works well. You can adjust the grinder from fine to coarse easily. I am pleased with my purchase - Funky design and does a good job.

Ordered online and unfortunately the S & P mills arrived as different colours - one quite dark and the other a lot lighter. Online customer service was unable to help resolve this issue and suggested I go to the local Myer store and have them look into it. Very annoying - what's the use of buying online!! My local store does not stock them, but they were extremely proactive in getting replacement mills as a "Click & Collect" purchase which enabled me to check the colours before taking them. All worked out in the end. Can't quite get a large enough grind out of them. Hopefully they'll improve when I refill them with fresh peppercorns and sea salt. Glad they were on sale as they're definitely not worth full price.

I've had Cole & Mason salt & pepper mills previously however this new one is so much better in that it has a large storage area for the pepper corns. The style is simple & elegant and the timber finish against the chrome handle is beautiful. Very happy with my purchase.
