The Awning basically adds two side walls to 4P Evo tent. The middle section of the Awning is of the same depth as the tent's original door, but ~30% wider. The two side walls can either enclose the area in front of the tent or spread out to provide more shade. 3 poles are included to support the middle section of the awining and need to stay there for all setups, unless you use a gazebo. If you want to extend 1 side wall you need to add 2 extra poles. I used the 2 that comes with the 4P Evo tent now that the tent door doesn't need it. But if I want to extend the 2nd side wall I will have to buy 2 more poles. That's the reason I am giving a 4 star instead of 5.

Being the first time I used it there was pooling of water on it which with more experience with it the tightening of it will be improvedThe delivery of it from Pushys was exceptionally quick.

Our first use showed that while this awning would be great to provide shade it did not provide as much shelter from the rain as we had hoped. Water came through where it zipped up to the top of the tent fly which was disappointing as we were not able to keep the front awning of the tent open. Even though we played around with stretching out the awning and places to peg it down water pooled in places.However we see we will make use of it in finer weather.
We purchased the Evo silver 6 person easy up tent at the same time. Around 10 minutes to zip up and peg out. Lots of extra shade and protection. Was a very worthy purchase.
