I have had a few different sized Coleman air mattresses. I love these mattresses because they come with a pump to help them blow up, and a valve that makes it easy to deflate, they fold up nice and easy and you can tuck them away. I have tried other air mattresses in the past and they always pop super easy. But not the Coleman! They have this felt sort of material lining the top which makes them soft and not slippery. And they are super comfy for an air mattress.

Absolute garbage

Coleman has used the cheapest possible materials for this mattress. I’ve had three leaks in a month. The valve has come apart.The textured vinyl makes it almost impossible to secure an airtight patch.I replaced this Coleman air mattress with one that cost 1/4 of the price. The cheap one even has a Boston Valve, which is much easier to use.This Coleman air mattress is a complete waste of $72.

Does exactly what i need it to do

Bought this to sleep on the floor of a rustic cottage and it worked as expected. Quick inflation, about a minute, with my pump that came with my other Coleman mattress. Quite comfortable, didn't lose air overnight. As other reviewers have mentioned it does suck in the cold though so you'll want to put a blanket or a fleece sheet on it. My first night was a bit chilly but after that it was just fine. Recommend inflating it and leaving it inflated for a for a few days prior to use to help get that initial rubber smell out. I did that and had no issues when came time to sleep on it. Deflates quickly and easy to roll up too

Easy to setup, not very firm

I really liked how simple it is to setup this bed, and that it comes with a handy portable battery operated pump.But it just doesn’t seem to hold air. I only used it once on a camping trip and I found myself sinking in and feeling the ground when it had as much air it can hold before you close the air valve. I’m 155 lb, so it’s not like I’m a really heavy guy. It was fine for my son and who is 75lb. For the price it was probably the best option, and better than sleeping on a rocky campsite.

Gotta keep cool in the basement

Hot summers mean my husband wants to sleep in the basement. Tired of lugging the spare mattress downstairs, we bought this Twin bed to put on an old BYO bed frame whose inflatable mattress became unusable years ago and we kept the stand. Fits slightly large but well balanced on it, replace air every few days and the only thing he found hard to get used to is all the little divets in the mattress. Original was was long tubes that inflated, so the bed was more flat to resemble a regular mattress. But they all seem to have this design now. If he was going to use it on the floor we would have got the double high, but with the stand raising it up, this was a perfect height like a bed. You do need an inflator, doesn't come with one.

Great Mattress as Great Value

I bought two of these about a month ago and they’re holding up great. The first few times it was inflated it lost a little bit of air but I think it was due to manual error. Even so it never hit the ground. I know this is common the first few times you use most air mattresses. Very comfy and holds you up nice. I prefer a firm mattress but if you want it a bit softer just let a little bit of air out. I would definitely purchase again.For added convenience, the Coleman quick pump is AMAZING. Inflated the mattress in just under a minute and saved such a headache from the other methods I tried.I would recommend filling it a few times before you plan on using it and that way it won’t deflate as much. Hole in top - lasted les than 5 sleeps

This was a great air mattress for 4-5 nights. I was laying on the mattress and noticed a little hole of air flowing out the top. Not even sure how that hole would get there. It was just me sleeping on it…nothing was ever set on it. Maybe it’s a sealant error or something..I have no idea. I stick a piece of duct tape on it..but I’m going to buy a different brand after this.

Sturdy air bed

I'm honestly surprised how sturdy this air bed feels. The vinyl feels very sturdy and it's comfortable to sleep on. I've been camping my entire life 30+ yrs. I've slept on the old super heavy rubber ones from the 80s to the super thin value brand ones and self inflating ones for back packing. It's an air bed so you shouldn't expect a 5 star experience.... one thing. The pump is garbage. This 4D pump barely blows it up. So don't buy it with the pump.

Very Disappointed - Poor workmanship

I bought this mattress for a trip to BC to visit my daughter who had recently moved there, so we could sleep on the floor in her tiny condo. The mattress has a notice stamped on it to say that it will stretch as it is used and this is normal. We slept on it a total of four nights and each night it lost air and we continually pumped it up the next day assuming it was stretching with use. By the forth night we were touching the floor at 4:00AM. It was inflated again and within three hours we were back on the floor. The warranty for this product requires you ship it back to Coleman Canada by UPS insured to Ontario (bought in Manitoba) for examination and inspection at your cost.
