Great sandwich bread, nice flavour

A nice tasty white bread perfect for toasted and regular sandwiches. A little 'crumby' so make sure you have a fairly large work surface. The bread holds it's shape too. Doesn't shred or sog out if you make your sandwich with tomatoes for instance.
