I use this floss everyday. What’s really helpful about it is that it isn’t thick and therefore doesn’t get stuck. When you are in a rush and trying to floss, there is nothing worse than it getting stuck between your teeth and sometimes even making your gums bleed. Remember that beyond funny, yet nasty flossing scene from “Kingpin?” Yes Ishmael the Amish guy flossing with steaks. Don’t end up like that. As a guy I’m sensitive, in the gums at least. My dentist gave me a sample of this, and ever since I now have a floss that is easier to use. Reasonably priced plus easy to find, I’m happy to recommend this one. Colgate mint is my “go to.” It’s available at drugstores, grocery outlets, and big box shops. Doing this twice a day, will decrease plaque that gets stuck between the teeth. Also vegetables like celery, that always like to hang on for whatever reason. The mint flavor is palatable. It’s at just the right strength, and with a toothbrush, it’s a fine way to improve oral hygiene.

I was born in the Asian family. My parents usually use the toothpick after meals. Luckily I was too lady to do that, which saved my teeth. This Colgate gliding dental floss is virually useless at doing its job. The lack of texture/lack of grittiness does not remove biofilm (bacteria on/between teeth), or very little. This floss can be compared to a non-stick/teflon pan; the floss does not stick to the biofilm... rendering it useless.

I have used this brand for years. It’s a good brand with good quality products. Absolutely reliable and helps with oral health. it has a decent range of price, so the variety of products is interesting. This product is thinner than it used to be, but still works. I would definitely recommend it.

If you struggle with dental floss because of the tight space between your teeth or because of arthritic hands (like mine) this an excellent product. It is thinner than anything else I've used and works great. It doesn't shred , although one roll I used broke easily in a few places in the roll. That only happened once.
