Thank you HT for the trail of this product. I have used this products for 10 now and unfortunately have not seen a significant difference to the colour of my teeth in terms of the whitening effects, however, I have seen a change in the brightening effects. With the claims made on the packaging, I did have a higher expectation. There was minor sensitivity that was experienced, but a sensitive mouth wash and toothpaste assisted with this side effect. The application of the product was very user friendly and I did enjoy using the LED device with the convenience of my phone. The adaptor to use with my i-phone was very helpful. 10 minutes a day is fine for a brigther smile, however, I wouldn't recommend this product to those looking for a whiter smile.

The precision brush allowed me to target every tooth with ease, and I had no difficulties distributing the product upon opening. I didn't experience any teeth sensitivity, and I did see a difference in my teeth color after a few uses. This Pen did leave a film on my teeth, but it wasn't bothersome while I slept. To clean the Pen, I wipe the brush with a tissue and no water. All in all, I would highly recommend this Colgate Optic Overnight Whitening Pen to my family and friends that want to whiten their beautiful smile. I plan to purchase again in the near future.

This plug in decide is great. It’s so easy to use, doesn’t need batteries and worked perfectly with my iPhone. The mouthpiece fit well and did not rub on my gums like ones I’ve tried in the past. However, the whitening pen provided with the device was average at best. I could never get a consistent amount of product out and it dried on my teeth in patches. The residue left behind after the 10 minutes was not pleasant at all and I had to scrub with a towel to get it off as brushing my teeth didn’t do it. The inconsistent release of product from the pen means my teeth now have whitened patches and then the old coloured patches and looks silly.
I trialled the Colgate Optic White led light and gel set for 10 days. For the 1st 5 days I didn't see much difference as I was just using the gel with the light and then removing the gel. The 2nd 5 days I left the gel on overnight after the light session and finally saw some results. My teeth are a little whiter, but I would have expected a bigger difference for the time spent trying the product. I found applying the gel and letting it dry a little tricky and a lip retainer may be a useful addition to this set. The light was easy to use and worked seamlessly with my phone. I didn't experience any sensitivity to the gel. I think this set might work well if your teeth are more stained to start with - just don't expect anything too glamorous.
