Colgate total original tastes a bit stronger (more pepperminty) than the usual Colgate that I usually use but it leaves a pleasant, fresh taste in your mouth. I love the easy to use flip top lid. It claims to be a tooth whitener but I haven’t used it long enough to really notice a difference. It doesn’t feel abrasive at all like some other whitening toothpastes which is a good thing. You only have to use a small amount of the toothpaste for it to do a really good job. Overall, I thought Colgate Total Original lives up to the high expectations I have for a toothpaste from a top brand like Colgate.

This toothpaste just keeps getting more expensive all the time and I only buy it when it is on sale for half price. Even then it is expensive but it is a top quality toothpaste and the one I use all the time. It keeps my mouth nice and fresh and teeth clean. It has a good taste. My whole household uses this and hubby, who isn't fussy with brands, will only use Colgate toothpastes. I would recommend it to others any day.
