If you plug this in with a Turtle Beach head set it makes a horrible screeching noise in game chat! They failed to do their due diligence and interoperability testing. Product Development 101, you have to work with major acessory developers already on the market. They know they failed to do their testing which is why they have this big “STOP” on their product documentation. If you follow their their directions when you have a problem and open a live chat they will just tell you that the don’t do refunds and they cannot help you! Avoid this product

Works ok for the paddles, but lots of issues consistently with headphones, controller,and the connection. Sometimes your headphones work then the next gaming session your muted and have to unplug the strike pack and re-plug to work. Sometimes the re-mapped buttons don't work in which you have to unplug and re-plug for it to work. And it seems a bit bulky on the back of the controller. I've had this for 3 days now and paddles are already loose. But compared to a scuff controller 160$ 40$ isn't to bad I guess. Oh and it has to be plugged in the entire time to use it is not wireless

Excellent quality, well built, easy to set up and attach. Easy to play, takes a bit reset your fingers muscle memory but stick with it it's worth it in the end. Buttons are super easy to reprogram for different games. Lots of options for preset button layouts. The arms make a good click when pressed so you know you've pressed them. Does add one extra step when you first start your PS4 but it's nothing and easy to get used to. The 10foot cord supplied is good 15foot would be ideal but you can buy extension cords if you need them. If you play with a controller cover/grips it will need to be trimmed (easy with a hobby knife) or taken off. Overall throughly recommend this upgrade to your PS4.
