Absolutely amazing product

I have only ever left 1 review before as I just thought they were all fake paid for reviews to get the sales. I was genuinely gonsmacked after trying this product for the first time yesterday. I have flamingo pink semi coloured hair and have been dyeing it for almost 20 years or so. Although the semi colour I use isn't harmful,the bleach I use when I want a completely different colour,like blue or whatever,is obviously very harmful to my hair. I’m not a hairdresser and am surprised my hair is still on my head,but here it is. I went ahead and bought the largest bottle possible because I read the reviews, I watched the videos, and I have really long hair. My hair gets a bit frizzy, but what I was really going after was this "glass like shine" that was advertised. Let me tell you, there's some serious photoshopping going on because my hair became dull after using it. The first time I used it I didn't see any change, but it did hold my hair in place a little bit better. I could have used my $5 hairspray to achieve the same result. Only it would have held better. The second time I used it I figured maybe it didn't work as well because I didn't saturate my hair quite as dramatic as I was supposed to. So this time I used a lot. They show a bunch of very young women who have beautiful hair. They always show it in the most frizzed out crazy way that no one's hair actually looks like. And then after they brushed and styled it, it looks gorgeous. Is that not how life is? I'm going to give this product one more chance and then I will either raise my review or lower it down to one star. But there's no chance this will ever get five stars. Like I said, there's no shine. That is literally camera tricks to fool us consumers.

Ok so before I ever purchase a new product, especially one I'm unsure of, I always read the reviews which almost all of the time have been really helpful. But I really went back and forth on purchasing this one because it seemed like the reviews were either really bad or really good, and I truly dont see how this product received negative reviews. I fell in love with this stuff right away when I used it. Yes it is very small, but you really dont need that much of it and it truly does last atleast 3 shampoos. I was shocked. It instantly took away my frizzy fly aways and lasted through out the day even in bad weather. Ive got in the habit for a while now of after showering just brushing my hair out and letting it air dry because i hate how long it takes to blow dry but alot of times would be unhappy of how my hair would look later on in the day from air drying but this spray actually cuts dry time and really eliminates it from looking scattered through out the day. It works fantastic with heat as well, when i straighten my hair its just 10 times as better. I dont see myself ever switching to another product!

I have 4C hair and while I would like to wear my hair straightened sometimes I’ve totally given up because I’m sick and tired of spending hours doing the whole shebang (blow drying, straightening, etc.) and my hair proofing back up LITERALLY MINUTES LATER. Granted, some of it could be where I live and the season (New York, with humid summers) but despite even waiting for cooler, dryer months the issue remains pretty much the same. I was told to try the Extra Strength version of this by similar influencers which I sought out with enthusiasm and hope in my eyes (🤩 <- my naive eyes), with literally the same result: no results.It might work for people with looser curls (maybe anyone under 3C) but certainly not my 4C tight, coily curls. 😭Some things of note:- This product weirdly has no smell. When I first used it, I thought maybe I had been scammed and they just sent me water. Nope, it’s the real deal, it just has a super light smell (very, VERY light chemical smell on further inspection).- It can get a little sticky with buildup (but I did use A LOT, so maybe that’s just me), with the Extra Strength version being a bit stickier.Good luck if you do end up trying this! Hope it works out. As for me, I’m still on the hunt for my magical 100% humidity-proof product. If it’s not out there yet, I’m sure they’ll crack the code one day. 😢

I started searching online...The reviews for Dreamcoat are mixed across numerous retailers, so I was skeptical, but knowing my stylist swears by it, I looked at it very closely and decided to give it a try. I read the directions online for how to apply and use it, and began to understand the mixed reviews. The key is in the HEAT and TENSION on freshly shampooed, towel dried hair! This product is not intended for dry hair at all, but it's not intended for soaking wet hair either. I use a blow out brush (Drybar's Double Shot) and Dreamcoat and my prayers have been answered! Follow the directions, heat and tension, and you'll have the hair you've always dreamed in between those salon visits.
