At first when I opened the bottle and the cap it came out looking orange but I stirred it into my buttercream and it came out a beautiful yellow just like the image on the bottle. You dont need to use much either to get pigment in the colour mill bottles.

This is a must buy by all you bakers and cake crafters .I used White Colour Mill to add to the buttercream i made to decorate cupcakes and for a wedding cake. I was amazed how white the buttercream turned out. I highly recommend Colour Mill White as to me its the best by far to whiten buttercream
