When I first tried them on I immediately thought about returning because there was absolutely no way I could were these with no show socks. There is no cushion in the back so the canvas scratches the back of my ankle. I also have slightly wide feet, and converses are usually narrow, so I never get them even though I’ve always wanted a pair. I figured I would finally treat myself to these. They seemed comfortable enough and I was really mostly wanting the style, so I cut the tags off.I should’ve followed my initial instinct and immediately returned. Wearing socks that show really defeats the whole look I was going for. I can now only wear them with pants that cover my socks when I was hopping to wear with anything.

I bought 3 pairs, blue, grey and beige. The beige looks best on small feet, so I bought them for my daughter. I have the blue & grey. I don’t lace them up to the top because that makes the shoes look too long. I’m a size 9.5, & I sized down to a 9 because they run large. I find them to be comfy & cute with casual or tee dresses.

These fit perfectly and I thought things were going well. I walked three blocks and back. I had blisters on the back of my ankles/achilles that bled and after several days haven’t completely healed. Not sure why the backs of these caused so much damage to my skin. Not sure what to do.
I’ve been wanting to get this shoes and I finally bought it when it’s on sale and I’m glad I did. At first I got 1 size up because of some reviews advice. I ordered 2 pairs of black and beige size 7 which some of my shoes range from 6-7 but the shoes are too big for me so I bought size 6 and it's a perfect size, the shoes were a little uncomfortable at first but once you use them more than once it's snug perfectly in your feet I’m keeping the size 7 to gift it to my 2 nieces' upcoming birthdays.
Love these sneakers so much, but I am an 8 1/2 in Converse and these are only available in whole sizes. I ordered these in an 8, and the ivory color in a 9, since these were not available in 9. The 8's were too small and painful, so I am keeping the ivory color in a 9, which is slightly big. I am typically a size 9-9 1/2 in regular brands. Hope they replenish the sold out sizes.
I recommend that you size down. I’m a 7 in Women’s and a 5 in Men’s and sized down to a 6 in Women’s and 4 in Men’s. If you’re worried that sizing down by a whole size will fit tight, they don’t. I sized down by a whole size and they fit perfectly with room still left for my foot to feel comfortable in them. They don’t feel tight at all.
Shipped the wrong color I ordered black and got white instead. Went in store just a few days to return. They were all sold out and the woman that took the return did not make feel any better about my purchase. I had a photo shoot and really needed these shoes.
Listen — I love Chuck Taylor’s and have worn all kinds since at least the age of 12. However, these are incredibly narrow at the toe. They are a completely different fit and inconsistent with any Chuck I’ve ever owned. Buyer beware — if you’re looking for an upgraded premium Chuck this is not it. It’s premium material, sure — but the fit is not what you expect.

I thought that size 8 would also work for me, given that I normally wear women’s size 8.5 in Chuck Taylors and size 9 in pretty much everything else. I really wanted to make these work, but these squeeze my feet so much that I’m sure I won’t be able to break them in. I’ll be returning them, and am unable to re-order size 9 because it’s sold out :( I’m not sure if the sizing is inconsistent between batches or if they’ve fixed the sizing issues, but I’d say that this size 8 is on the less generous side of size 8.5, so it’s ...
