Having used lots of rubber bands in the past I was keen to test out the fabric bands and they did not disappoint at all.They feel very comfortable when using them and rubbing against your skin and are super easy to untie from the bar.Only recommendation would be to print the name, logo etc into the fabric rather than on it with the stretchy print. It's going to tear and peel in time which will look quite crappy.
This was the first fabric band I've tried so I was a little unsure what to expect but was keen to have a go and I'm pretty happy with it! This band has just a bit more resistance than the latex XX Light 41" power band - (pink) which is great if you want to add just a bit more resistance when doing rotator cuff warm ups and other mobility work but when the yellow X-Light band is too much of a step up. The fabric material feels comfortable on the skin, there is no pulling on hairs or rubbing up against sensitive skin when doing pull ups! Great band - 5 stars!
Been using the 41” Power Bands for years as an athlete and now as a coach. A must have for every athlete for versatility and variation in training. The original 41” power bands I’ve had for 3 years and still in perfect condition with minimal stretch. If the new ones are even better quality, these are a superb investment for everyone.
These bands have a nice texture and feel to them, but they are not the same as the regular bands. The resistance on the fabric ones seems to be different as you get a big stretch on it. While the normal band continue increasing resistance, these "top out" and seem to just stop stretching. I don't think they can replace regular bands, but are fine for some activities.
Great addition to my home workouts and are always packed when I’m on holidays.Also perfect for prehab routines and are comfortable to use while also providing a range of varying tension to suit different needs.
Have been using these in place of kettlebells for some exercises as they give a much better resistance across the full range of motion and I can really feel (and see) the difference in it targeting minor muscles that I haven't been able to target as well before. Wished I'd gotten then earlier. Mostly use the heavy and X-Heavy to get a sweat inducing workout.
So much nicer to use compared to the non-fabric ones. They don't rip your skin or hurt your hands if you holding onto them. Good value for money considering how many bands you get in the bundle and the quality. Has a weird residue/feeling upon first few uses, but I think that's to be expected with new rubber products.
