I purchased Complete Sleeprrr Pillows a number of times before.This time I purchased Complete Sleeprrr Pillow [Memory] Original & Complete Sleeprrr Pillow [Memory] Gel.I am happy with the delivery. Pillows arrived quickly and carefully & neatly packed.I am not as happy with the items, as I was with all my precious Sleeprrr Pillows purchases.First of all both pillows had quite a strong odor & had to be left out to air for a few weeks before we could use it.Sleeprrr Pillow [Memory] Original pillow turned out to be firmer, harder & "higher" than previously purchased "original" pillows. The smell did not go away completely and it turned out my husband is allergic to either the smell or the material used to make it. Every time I try to use it he starts sneezing & caught badly, which stops once the pillow is removed from the bed.I wish I could return "Gel" pillow or exchange it for "original medium" one... since I am not going to use it anyway.I do not recommend the "gel" pillow.

I thought this might be the answer to my migraines (neck related) but unfortunately not. I really like the versatility of being able to modify the pillow but being a side and back sleeper it meant I could only modify for either one, not both. The pillow material is ok except your ear felt squashed against the pillow when sleeping on the side.The pillow is of good quality but just not for me.
