This is definitely a quality product and service provided. My neck pain and fibromyalgia has improved significantly since receiving and using this pillow just over the last few days. The memory foam isn't too soft or too hard and cradles your head and neck without feeling like you are sinking in to no support or feeling like you are sleeping on a brick. I feel like Goldilocks from the 3 bears who has finally found her "just right" pillow! :) Worth getting and quick, professional service and delivery which made the whole process even better.

I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone with neck pain & knots in their shoulders. I was hesitant at first to spend $90 online on a pillow without being able to feel it and see its size. I have had neck problems for many years, and sleeping with the wrong pillow makes it much worse. I used to wake up with a sore neck. Some years ago I bought the Complete Sleeprrr, and I immediately found that my neck problems were much less, and I no longer woke with a sore neck. I take it with me on on holidays; I may look funny at the airport carrying my pillow, but I don't care! I highly recommend this pillow, it is the best pillow I have ever used.

I suffer from Fibromyalgia, chronic pain and chronic fatigue. I was sceptic initially as I have tried several pillows. This is the VERY first pillow that has finally given me ease to sleep. The fact you can adjust the pillow to suit your needs is amazing, including the pillow providing for side and back sleeping. I **LOVE** my Complete Sleeprrr pillow! I just bought one from Back to Basics to replace another one that I've had for several years but hadn't taken very good care of, and it arrived much faster than I expected. I used to have lots of problems with my neck and would wake up with stiffness and soreness. This pillow stopped all of that. I really just needed some support under my neck, and it did the trick nicely. I love that it's adjustable, so I can get just the right height. At first, I thought it would be really weird when I rolled over onto my side, but it isn't at all. With proper care and a pillow protector, it will last for many years. LOVE it.

Very uncomfortable. When we opened it it smelled toxic. It smelled so toxic that the smell kept waking me during the night. I aired the pillow fir a week and tried it again and it still smelled disgusting. We were going to order 3 more for a family trip but so glad I tried just one. This pillow will be going straight in the bin!
