I've been using Olive Leaf extract for 10+ years. It's my 'go to' Immune booster for whenever we get any cold or flu symptoms - If we do get sick, we don't stay sick for long. This is also a powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial. In liquid form it can be bitter, just mix dose with orange juice, my kids like it with sarsaparilla. In the past I have taken too much (not this brand) and felt dizzy/light-headed as it can cause low blood pressure - something to be aware of.

I'm prone to colds and UTIs. so for the last 3 months I've been taking 1 of the capsules a day as a preventative measure, and if I feel something coming on I will take a bit of this liquid as a booster, and so far I find it will go away (like magic haha). Have not been sick, so hopefully is working! Will definitely be continuing with these products

I have been using this product for years. I take it with liquid echinacea if I feel a cold tickle or am around people who are sick.I haven't had a cold or flu in years. I also take it with me on the plane when travelling in a small spray bottle to guard against bugs. Works well.Great product, wouldn't be without it

I bought this to help clear up my chest congestion. Wow - it really helped! About 15 minutes after taking this, I had a massive coughing fit that helped clear expectorate my chest. It doesn't taste very good, but it definitely helped me.
Haven't used it yet. But been told it's good for colds and flu's.Bitter taste and the dose seems to be correct for the various agar groups.Overall a good natural remedy.
I felt that heavy feeling in my lungs of a chest infection so I took a dose of this olive leaf extract and within the hour I could feel the infection lift and not return so am continuing with this amazing product to ensure I stay well. This was my first time taking this and think everyone should keep it in their cupboard!
I used to get frequent cold & Flu until I started taking Olive Leaf Extract - I take at the first sign of a sore throat or blocked nose and usually knocks the cold on the head overnight. If it's a strong virus I may get a small dose but this stuff helps me get over it quick. We've been taking it for almost 10 years and recommend it to everyone!
This stuff is great. Gives a nice high dose of olive leaf without any extras. I took this every day the last time we last had a bug going round the family and I didn't catch it! I don't mind the taste & it's ok just off the spoon. My little one isn't so keen but you can disguise it in a warm drink with lemon & honey. I'm going to try the peppermint one next to see if he likes the taste of that better!
We take a dessert spoonful twice a day. Believe it boosts our immune system. Taste is good and the 1L bottle is good value for money.
