I bought two of this product to protect our new long single latex mattresses which have only a calico cover. The plan is to prevent sweat moisture and smells from getting into the calico cover, because my husband is a very sweaty sleeper; and the mattresses will have a very long life, so hoping not to have to replace the mattress cover. The cords and toggles were easily tightened to make the king single sized mattress protectors fit the king single mattresses (170mm narrower than king single), with only a bit of gathering on the ends. The slipperiness of the mattress protectors made it easier to fit our existing cotton mattress protectors on top, under the sheets. Now we have a soft, quiet, spillproof topper, which will stay where it has been positioned. Heaven.

Very impressed with mattress protector. It stays smooth on the bed and is not cold or hot under the sheet. I like the idea of the toggles as I think it might be better in the long run in keeping the cover tight under the sheet.
