I bought these Chuck Taylor All Star Leather shoes for my husband who loves his converse for everyday use. The leather option makes it easier to keep them clean and although they run a little big, we already know to order a half size smaller with converse shoes. They look great and go with just about everything. Highly recommend!

Replacement for a previous of the same trainer. New shoe feels much more cheaply made than my previous pair. A noticeable difference in the weight, the new pair are much, much lighter. Leather seems to have a coarser grain. Feels more like a cheap Primark trainer. But of course the price of the item remains the same.

I love my leather converse trainers so much that this is my 3rd pair! So comfy! Highly recommend!Size down… converse come up big. Usually I’m a size 6 but take a 5.5 in converse. Size down half a size or you’ll be disappointed as they will be too big and cause blisters where they are slipping and you’ll only find out once you’ve worn them and it’s too late to return.Expensive but they will last you years and look as good as new in many years to come if you look after them!
