These Chucks looked stylish and funky out of the box. Unfortunately once I got them on my feet I discovered they are just not a fit for me. I am 6'5 and men's size 13 feet, and these shoes highlighted both of those things in an awkward way, making me even taller and making my feet look huge! Perhaps in a darker colorway it would not be so extreme.The soles do seem very comfortable esp compared to classic and other flatter Chucks... but they are almost too chunky for the lighter weight ankle material with less support. I could see these being comfortable and stylish for someone smaller than me looking for a fresh take on a classic, but sadly they don't really work for me.

Definitely comfortable to do lots of walking in, more so than regular converse all stars. They make my walk a little bouncy which is fun. They look quite big but in a cool way, and give me a bit of extra height. Only issue is that I bought what should've been my size and they were too small. Even two sizes up they feel a bit tight, especially in the toe area because it's pretty hard on the top. So even though they say true to size I would say order a larger size just in case.

Yes, I am in love with a shoe. This shoe is probably the most comfortable shoe I have EVER worn. My first pair was a size 9/9.5, and a bit roomy, but I have wide feet, and my feet seem to swell in the spring and summer months, so no problem. I tell you, when I put these shoes on, it was like I was walking on clouds. The comfort is unbelievable. Whe. I first saw them, I thought they looked a bit odd, but had to try them, and I'm so glad that I did, so much so thst I now own 4 pair. I have (2 pairs of each) the white and black in the 9/9.5
I really like these shoes. They fit true to size and are rather comfortable. The bottom of the shoe is very thick and offers a lot of support. However, support is lacking in the ankle area. I have to tie the shoes tightly to add extra support to this area. If you are looking for a few extra inches, these are a great option. They give a little extra height. Through wearing, I learned you need to wear socks with these shoes. They rubbed the back of my ankle when not wearing them. With socks they are very comfortable. I really like the sharp all black design of these shoes. They are very trendy. The look of the shoes is my favorite part. I have gotten quite a few complements on them. I really like these 70 AT CX shoes. They are edgy looking but not extra edgy like my Converse Run Star Motions (RSM) which I love. I wear a 9 in women's shoes, got a 7.5 mens in the RSM that fit great with a half inch to spare, but in these 70 AT CX's they fit perfect, toes all the way to the tip, no cramping toes, so I kept those and will wear with a thinner sock, BUT I got another color in a men's size 8 (9.5 womens) for the first time ever due to how this shoe is made at the toe box. My recommendation is to go up a half size if you like a little room and plan on wearing an average sock, not a thin sock. RSM is a cushier, more comfortable shoe. This one is comfy though
Alright so these might just be THE most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. The cushioning is fantastic and my feet feel great in them from the moment I step in them all the way to hours later of wearing them. For that alone they get 4 stars. And for as large as the shoes are, they don’t feel heavy on my feet. Style wise, they are nod back to my middle school days in the 90s when chunky shoes and wide leg jeans were all the rage. They’re big and somewhat overwhelming style wise for me - but I’m also a 40 plus year old, so there’s that. I do find them hard to pair with outfits, but since I’m middle aged I don’t generally care that much and the comfort is so amazing that I’m cool with looking a little off. I'm a 42 year old mom who was looking for an on trend shoe to wear out with friends or with my husband for drinks etc. These definitely hit the mark! I saw 20 somethings out in Boston wearing similar shoes with crop tops and mom jeans recently so I knew these would increase my cool factor! They have a great sole as far as comfort. There is definitely nice support without being too stiff. I wish there was more arch support though. The fit feels true to size in the sole. I will say the high top is a bit stiff for me. I'm sure over time they will wear in and loosen up which I look for to. The design is really fun. They give nice lift with a sturdy sole. I can wear them all night and the next morning my feet feel great. I got these chucks for my Husband and here are a few things we like about them. I think these look so cool and trendy. They have that classic Chuck look with a twist of a tennis shoe. My husband said these are so comfortable that they seriously feel like clouds. He also mentioned to me that they are true to size. Since my husband has been wearing these for a few weeks, he’s managed to keep them quite clean, but he did have a few specks on it that easily came off with a stain spray. I’m highly recommend these to friends. I haven’t seen any shoes like this and I’m seriously loving the style!
