I really didn't want to write this review, but hopefully it will help someone. These were purchased for me as a birthday gift early February. I had to return them due to sizing. My husband, who clearly knows my size, ordered them accordingly. They came fast, but sized backwards. I returned them to the store, explained the issue, and reordered the correct size. Well low and behold the exact size shoe was delivered. I called customer service, who couldn't figure out the issue. The only thing the representative could come up with is that they absolutely need to be ordered in mens, because they are unisex. I returned the shoe once more. While at the store the representative told me she believes even though the shoe is unisex, the SKU is different for men and women. Now ...
