I was very impressed with the customer service at the Geneva Commons store. The return and free shipping for the exchange was greatly appreciated. The store was impressive. Everything was laid out extremely well. I will shop at Tilly's in the future! We are extremely pleased with an additional two piece purchase. Such a handsome combination!

Perfect fit

I am typically a size 7, sometimes 7.5. I've previously bought chucks in size 6 because they were men's sizing and reviews always say they run large. I disagree, at least with this particular pair. I bought a size 7 and they fit perfectly. I do not find that they run big. They are a very narrow shoe so the size 7 accommodates my bunions and there's no breaking in. My previous chucks in size 6 killed my feet until I broke them in but they are extremely worn out at this point. Glad I got these and they don't hurt!

So great!

I’m a huge converse fan and the hikers are my absolute favorite, but I wanted these to wear with a lot of my outfits where the hikers were too bulky looking. These look great but run quite large. I wear a 6.6 and got a women’s 6 but could have gone down to a 5.5. My feet are quite wide too. So I’d size down at least one size maybe 1 1/2. I put an inner sole in them and they not only make them feel more comfortable but they take up the excess space. These high tops are a timeless classic. You just can’t go wrong. I’m thrilled with my purchase and may come back for the black :).

Wow, new Chucks are garbage

I bought my Chucks in March 2023. Nine months later, in December, the inside canvas has worn down to expose the plastic bits in the heel of both shoes. I work from home and spend my entire day in house shoes. When I go for walks, I wear different walking shoes. These shoes have had subjectively little streetwear and as evidence, the soles are still in near-perfect condition. The construction inside the shoe is apparently absolute garbage now.Now here's the part that makes me really mad. I buy really good socks, and I take incredible care of them so they last forever. The plastic that is now exposed inside both shoes has damaged nine pairs of socks because I didn't notice they were rubbing until after a few weeks.
