I have nothing but huge love for my Converse high tops! I didn't really get into Converse until I was in my thirties as I could never find any on a low budget back in that time. I had the rare double tongue version, which I absolutely loved, but since my teenage daughter became the same size foot as I have, I have now 'lost' them to her, even though I can 'borrow' them whenever I like! The converse I've had, have all lasted very long and definitely worth the money and NEVER goes out of fashion! I've worn them with shorts, skirts, jeans, trousers and dresses, and they look absolutely amazing with anything. At my daughter's prom, many girls wore them under their beautiful prom dresses, which made me smile, I wish I'd have worn some under my wedding dress many moons ago!

So everyone seems to like these shoes, and I would say they could get expensive if you looking for funky looks. But they really uncomfortable. Flat sole and no support. So this review for 2 same shoes but different colors. So I don’t know why everyone likes them, but my feet seem to not feel comfortable at all. Do water would get inside. Then I got high top that had cool gradient design. But they were size 9 and I read that chunk Taylor run half size up. So the top picture i dyed them but the color turned dark blue instead of black and the white part turned cool purple, and the second I bought recently I like black color, might update picture if I can. In the end these the reasons for a rating.

I love these sneakers! I have grown up wearing converse But then, after my middle school years, I stopped wearing them. I just recently got back into wearing them because I was looking for a good flat toed shoe to lift with, and I don’t know why I stopped wearing them. Are use these shoes to lift weights with as well as dress up or dress down an outfit. I can wear these with a dress and make the outfit more casual instead of wearing fancy heels and it could be a casual picnic outfit. These shoes can honestly be used for any outfit from working out to wearing jeans and a T-shirt and also you can wear these shoes with a dress. I I love these shoes more than vans, because they look better in my opinion and they make your feet not look as big.

For me, the Chuck Taylor always runs big so I order one size smaller and it fits like a glove. I love the fact that when the shoe gets dirty, they are easy to clean and keep clean for that matter with the right shoe cleaning kit. These are great shoes for wearing to go run some errands and even dress up with some nice chino's and a button up shirt. Furthermore, if you lift weights, then these are the perfect shoes for lifting. The only thing that I would not suggest doing is running in these shoes because they do no provide the support you need.  These are my go to sneakers. I wear them almost everywhere I go. They are super cute and so comfy. Definitely go to shoe to work out in! Definitely one of my favorite purchases from converse!!!!!! The height is just perfect and super cute pair with any sort of pant or outfit  you can dress them up or down. It’s up to you and your style and where you are going.  I started wearing converse back in fifth grade, and ever since I have not had any other go to brand, there’s so many fun colors to choose from and on the converse website, you can customize your own using different patterns and colors.

Super Comfy

I love these shoes. I have a pair now; I wore them out. The sides are coming unglued. I don't even remember how old they are, probably at least 5 years old; but I wear them as much as possible - this is my go-to everything, all activities, not doing anything shoe. Husband is tired of seeing them on me, so I bought a new pair! Instead of canvas, this time I bought the leather (I didn't see that the first time). Still very comfy, toe box is large to not be pinching, or have to "wear them in". They are a little stiff, but that's the leather part, that will wear in with time. Currently thinking about another pair in a different color. Good job guys, don't change a thing!

These are the gold standard of the modern sneaker. When I learned they could be made in leather, I purchased these beauties. As a correctional officer working 12-hour shifts and walking an endless maze of concrete and steel grate, these shoes held up to over 200 hours of on-duty wear and abuse plus personal wear. I do not get into many use of force situations, but I would not want to kick someone wearing these shoes. The leather uppers took about 16 hours to break in for my feet and how tight I tie my footwear. The foam and rubber soles did not need any break-in time. I recommend saddle soaping these leather Chuck Taylor's after the breaking time and since my pair are all black I buffed in parade shine black boot polish.
