I haven’t worn converse since I was a kid but after doing some research on the best all around trainers for weight lifting I decided on giving these a shot i I couldn’t have been happier. The sole is soft enough to be comfortable to wear around and firm enough to feel solid throughout heavy lifting, the over all material feels soft but sturdy at the same time. I’ll definitely be coming back for more colors!

I originally ordered a size 8 since it says it runs large . The shoes fit comfortable but a little bit tight in the toe area. So now I ordered these at a 8.5 and they were even More comfortable. Love the color. Definitely ordering more.

I was surprised by the foamed canvas sides. Never heard of this in high top Chuck's and I've been wearing them since my teens. I am now 66. May as well say 50 years. I am concerned about how that will wear and if it will cause unwanted odor by holding moisture. I like the color as it matches well a shirt I have. I currently have 11 pairs of high top Chucks so, I'll keep them.
This is my first pair of high top Chucks and the first pair of converse Ive bought in >5 years. Definitely a lot more comfortable than the previous ones I had. Great pair of shoes that style well with plenty of styles and are very comfortable with the new foot bed. Will be buying more colors for sure!
Classic style, but more comfortable than the ones I wore as a teenager in the 80s. I bought a half-size smaller than my normal fit in other shoes and they are perfect. I got a lot of compliments from my fifty-something friends when I first wore these. More importantly, my teenage sons were surprised and impressed that "dad has drip." The Dunescape color looked good online but even better on my feet.
I bought these for my daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves them. She has had so many friends and even strangers tell her how much they like them and especially the color. They fit her perfectly.We do have one slight issue. One of the eyelets on the side of her shoe fell out already.
Converse were awesome.But Stance socks quality has gone downhill. Don’t hold up as well for $30 socks! Love Baggins though. Great selection and delivery so nothing against Baggins.
The toe is much too shiny. I've worn multiple pair of Chucks through the years. These are a lovely color the fit is just a little too big. But the extra shine on the toe cap is a little disturbing when I look down at my feet. Vintage Chucks were not shiny at all. I used to scuff the toe when I bought new ones because it was too white - not too shiny . Just a bit off the mark in my book.
I've been wearing Chucks since the 90s and these are just not the same quality I'm used to. The plastic is very shiny, the shoes seem to be more narrow than before, and the tongue is missing the converse logo i have in older versions, and the tongue is also missing the tab to keep it in place with the shoe laces. They are listed as running large but in my opinion, they definitely do not. I bought my regular size (7 in women) and they actually fit very snuggly...enough so where I should have actually bought a half-size up for better comfort. love the color but overall disappointed in the look and fit.
