Converse Chuck Taylor All Star High 'Midnight Clover' | Green | Men's Size 7.5

The Chuck Taylor All Star High Top is the sneaker with a worldwide cult status. It is characterized by its distinctive silhouette, the patch with a central star at ankle height, and its cultural authenticity. And like all cult icons, it gets better the longer you wear it. For generations, these classic colors, the wellknown quality, and the vulcanized rubber sole have made the All Star a cult sneaker. Originally, the Chuck Taylor All Star sneaker was developed for the basketball court. However, it soon conquered the scenes of rebels, rockers, rappers, artists, dreamers, thinkers, and individualists, and it has remained a symbol of personal style and individual selfexpression to this day.

These pink Converse are an absolute dream come true! Not only is the color vibrant and fun, but they're also unbelievably comfortable. I can wear them all day without any issues, which is a huge plus for me.I also want to give a big shoutout to FinishLine. They were incredibly efficient in processing my order and getting it shipped out to me. Communication was top-notch too; I always knew where my package was and when to expect it.If you're looking for a pair of stylish and comfortable Converse, look no further!

Love the pink!!

My daughter loves Converse so I buy her a new pair for school every year. She got the light pink this year and they are so cute. Such a beautiful shade of pink🩷I was hoping it wasn't medium pink like Pepto. Comfy as usual. Last year her black pair lasted the whole year worn during the week almost every day because she ignores any other brand we buy. I'll see how long these last they are lighter in color so they might get dirty looking but I'm not above washing them plus I sprayed them with sneaker protectant especially for canvas. Definitely recommend these and the color.

Not the same. Misleading description.

I’m gonna say it’s true to size or even runs a lil small because I sized a half size down because it says this style runs large but it does not. It’s weird because I have other pairs in the same size that feel fine. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s made differently that it’s more fitted but either way. Don’t size down. And yes the material is different. The ones before, the textile feels like canvas, as it should. This one feels like felt for some reason on the inside. Not what I was expecting. But I examined it too late to return it so womp womp. Yeah it’s different. And the emblem. Something is just off about it. Maybe because it’s made in Indonesia this time instead of Vietnam. I’ll show the difference. The Green one is the new one. Idk I’m upset

Not what they used to be…

My first pair of Chucks lasted me 4+ years. It’s why I loved Chucks and why I was willing to spend more money on them. Unfortunately, my most recent pair were in rough shape in less than 8 mos. The metal lace holes were the first to go. In about a month they started to bend. Then, the plastic heel support started to go out. At about 6 mo, I noticed a hole forming in the inside on the back of the heel. Two months later, the hole was huge and the plastic support was falling apart. I’m very disappointed with the production quality.

I started wearing All Stars about sixty years ago. They were my go-to shoe except for church with my family. By the time I was fifteen I was wearing a size 13 shoe. By the time I was seventeen I was wearing a solid size 14. No more All Stars for me. I could find no place with size 14 All Stars. Years passed and the electronic revolution took full hold. On a whim recently, I ventured onto shoe store websites but alas no size 14. Then the ephifany. Cheque the Converse website. And there they were, size 14 All Stars. I immediately ordered two pair and waited with great expectations for their delivery. When they arrived I was greatly pleased. The exact same shoe I remembered and they fit. So comfy
15 October 2024

I bought 6 new pairs of Converse, and I'm so excited to wear them and show them off. They have a thick canvas padding and the soles are super comfortable. They are lightweight and they go with just about every outfit I own. Plus, you can't beat the price and sweet deals Converse promotes. These will always be my go-to sneakers for life! The delivery was fast as well amd customer service was great! This company treats their customers with the utmost respect. I'm so pleased and my shopping experience was very pleasant! Thank you!

Terrible new inner liner
10 November 2024

In May 2022, I bought Chuck Taylor All Star Classics in black, style 167491F_065, size 6.5 (Wide). They have a beige-colored canvas inner liner, and I am very happy with them. This month, October 2024, I got the same product but in Optical White. (Chuck Taylor All Star Canvas, Style 167492F_065, size 6.5 (Wide). These new ones have some sort of squishy white inner liner layer, and I am very dissatisfied. I do not like the fit, feel, weight, wear, and movement of this new inner white liner. I want optical white canvas Chucks with the original canvas inner lining.

Thin laces
9 November 2024

I have bought and worn Converse high tops my whole life. I wear the shoes until I outgrow them or they fall apart. I recently had a pair of Chucks reach the end of their life. I decided to buy the same pair to replace them. The first day, I put them on the laces snap. I luckily had an extra pair of laces to put on them. However, I have never once had the laces snap on me. Had I not had other laces, I wouldn't have been able to wear them at all. The quality of the laces has gone down, and is cheap. I've come to know and expect a different quality from Converse. I am disappointed and am considering not buying more shoes from them. I originally planned on getting myself a custom pair as a birthday present but decided the price was not worth the quality I was getting.

Using synthetic material now??
17 December 2024

I've been wearing the classic canvas All Stars for over 20 years and this new pair is sadly very disappointing. I replaced a pair from 3 years ago that were very well-loved and worn. These new ones look exactly the same and have a very comfortable footbed, but the inner fabric is no longer canvas, like it used to be. Seems the Converse has switched to some synthetic material for the inner lining of the shoe, which feels scratchy and makes my feet sweat. I've never had this problem before in the years I've worn these shoes. Super disappointing that Converse is going away from more sustainable materials in using canvas for both the inner and outer fabric of the shoe and trying to cut corners with synthetic material.

Very narrow!
2 April 2024

If you have normal width feet like I do, you probably don't want to listen to the web site recommendation to go a half size down. They are ridiculously narrow. I wear a 5.5 in sandals and flats and a 6 in sneakers, since I wear socks. The 5.5s were WAY too narrow, and I've never had an issue with shoes being too narrow. The 6s are better, though almost on the edge of being too narrow still. And even looking right down at the toe box, it even looks too narrow for the rest of the shoe. I also tried a 6.5 but they fit like the 6s, just longer. I have to say these were much better fit-wise 20-30 years ago. And if you read all the complaints about people saying these run too narrow, you'd think they'd change something...
