I bought my first pair and love them. Surprisingly extremely comfortable with the padding they have used. The style is simple and timeless. I'll be wearing these everyday until I need a new pair.

Bought 3 different sizes of the Converse and all of them werent true to size, i had to buy different sizes to my actual size because the sizes arent correct. I got a size 7 (my true shoe size) which is actually a size 9. Its almost like the sizes are two sizes out. They also rubbed like crazy near my toes causing blisters on the FIRST wear. I havent been able to wear them through this & there suppose to be work shoes. I gave up after sending two pairs back, so basically i bought shoes i cant even wear. I dont think the shoes are legit from Littlewoods.

Very disappointed with the quality of these trainers considering they were just under £60. The front part is made of rubber and is very tarnished and marked giving the appearance that they have been scuffed badly before even being worn. Do not think they are good value for the money.
I don't wear trainers very often, preferring boots/shoes, but decided I was in need of a pair of trainers that I could throw on here and there.Surprisingly £52 now seems to be on the cheap side for trainers but I liked the look of these. They came and wow how underwhelming, they are not much more than a rather basic pair of pumps with some very low key 'Converse' branding.I won't return them as they are okay, and I do need something casual, but these will probably be the last time I stray from boots/shoes. Yes even in the summer.Trainers are so so overpriced these days. I'm 33, when I was younger £60 was expensive for trainers, now £120 is like the average starting price. Capitalism sucks!
Wore "Cons" way back in the '60's, before Adidas, Puma and Nike were born, and became popular. Bought these while looking at other stuff on Kogan. Looked up Converse shoes online as well as in stores, and the price for these was $20-$30 cheaper. So I bought this pair, as well as a couple other pairs, in different colours, too. Feel great, and the price difference makes them a sure bet - get yourself a pair or two!
I bought these shoes for work. I have a pair in white ox leather which fit like a glove. However after wearing these black canvas converse for just two shifts, I’m disappointed to say these feel too small and left my feet in agony. I’m angry that I’ve wasted my money and will have to fork out more ordering a different pair of trainers.
I am old enough to remember when 'plimsolls' were a cheap shoe, so I do resent the high price of Converse shoes. However, it now seems impossible to find elsewhere a shoe that is as well-made as the Converse and so comfortable. So I forgive the high price. My daughters and I wear these almost all the time because they are so versatile. One daughter bought a pair last September and walks a couple of miles to school most days in hers and has only just needed to replace them. They do lose their black and in fact we dyed them once during that period with good results, removing and restitching the label back on! I only wish they made a version that was less high cut on the top of the foot and that is also very plain, so that they could be worn more readily with a dress ... MoreI am old enough to remember when 'plimsolls' were a cheap shoe, so I do resent the high price of Converse shoes. I bought these converse pumps recently to replace a previous pair. They are very soft and comfortable and suitable for everyday wear. They do seem slightly larger though than my previous pair even though they are the same size. But other than that I’m looking forward to many more comfortable walks on these.
I thought these would feel fine as I got another pair in another colour. I tried it on at home - fine. After wearing it out once - began to hurt just above my heel (achilles tendon?). I thought "Meh, just needs to break in these new shoes" . By the third time wearing them out my skin began to peel off and of course was quite painful. It's too late to return them now and I guess I'll have to wear blister plasters now every time I want to wear them...:/
