I've had these shoes for a couple weeks now. I ordered them in a size 9-1/2, though I wish I'd have tried them on first. The length is plenty big, maybe even a little closer to a 10, but these shoes are quite narrow. My feet are a little on the wide side, and they stretch these shoes quite a bit. Aside from that, these were pretty comfortable shoes. I wore them all day several days in a row and didn't have any issues.These shoes have the classic converse look. It reminds me of what everyone wanted to wear when I was in high school. I like the style and the color. They aren't a true black but more of a dark gray.If these shoes were just a little wider or could be ordered in a wide size, they would be perfect.

Let me just say that slipping my feet in these shoes for the first time made me smile. There was more padding than I had expected...not too much, just enough to provide comfort for all day use straight out of the box. Even the minimal padding around my ankles was a welcome comfort. Something I liked about this shoe specifically was the toe cap. It had the classic Chuck Taylor look without the bold contrast. I am also a fan of subtle details and the Chuck Taylor signature just under the outside ankle satisfied that desire for me. Overall, I don't think I would change anything about this shoe. It's a modern take on a beloved classic, and I love them both.

My first impression of these shoes was that they were different but still cute. They have a sort of grungy look to them that sets them apart. I’m still not quite sure if they are navy or black though so I’m having a hard time styling them. I took one star off for that and because I wish they were a little more of a platform, and that the bottom was less opaque and more of a solid color. I think they would be perfect with those changes!Aside from appearance, I was impressed with how comfortable these were! Definitely good for all day wear and running errands with heavy walking. They run a little big (maybe half a size), but that’s normal for this brand and it doesn’t affect wear too much. Overall, a great shoe that could use some minor appearance tweaks.

These Converse Chuck 70 Marquis hightops in nightfall grey/cyber grey look so good! I love the tone on tone with two different materials. Unfortuantely, these shoes run large, like at least a 1/2 size bigger than other sneakers. I was able to wear them and while comfortable - the cushioned insole is dreamy - they were a bit too big to be practical for long wear. The quality is great and I would highly recommend the shoe, just be prepared to size down. I will say that having the brand on the inside of the shoe does throw me a bit. I like the sleekness of the simple print on the outside, but it almost feels like they were made wrong with the Converse star/cirle on the inside of the foot. Otherwise, great looking/feeling shoe overall.

I don’t wear many high top shoes but have always been intrigued by the Chuck Taylors, I don’t know why I never purchased any of these before they are my favorite shoe to date. The color-ways are very sleek and stylish being black and grey. Converse even through in a nice pop of gold on the outside heel of the shoe with the Chuck Taylor signature. These shoes do run about a size to size and a half large. I generally wear a size 10.5 shoe and I got a 9.5 which seem to fit just fine. I love the spin that these take on classic Chucks high tops! The different textures (canvas against the glossy sole) make these shoes super fun and easy to dress up and down!They’re extremely comfortable and maintain their structure so that they stay “high” all day while you wear them. I will say that I don’t think they run a size larger, they seemed totally true to size (I am normally a 7.5, wore a 7 and feel I could have gone up a half size).I love the colors chosen for the iconic converse star and the “Chuck Taylor” scripted on the side. They are almost elegant and I could even see a someone wearing these as part of their wedding ensemble (hello after party!)Overall, I love the look of these but recommend sticking with your typical side for maximum comfort.
The Chuck 70 Marquis Hi Tops in Vintage White/Natural Ivory/Egret are really nice! I completely missed the memo that they ran large and somehow thought they ran small. I usually wear a 10.5 and got an 11. The 11 is big, I think my normal size would have been perfect for me. Although, these are still wearable and comfortable. The overall design is really nice. I think they look super sharp and I love the gold accents. I feel like these shoes have the right amount of comfort and style and I am able to comfortably wear them all day long. The thing I love the most is the color combo; they look so nice with everything. The only thing I would change would be to have gotten my normal size and not sized up. Otherwise, these shoes are amazing!
These chucks look super stylish right out of the box. The white/natural color combo looks amazing and is pairs well with almost anything outfit. The classy gold accent and suede additions are the perfect inclusions. In addition to style, I was seriously impressed by the comfort. The inside was lightly padded which kept my feet cool and cushioned. I was worried about the shoe rubbing near the back of my foot/ankle but my feet were completely comfortable for hours. The insoles were also lightly cushioned for comfort. The shoe does seem to run slightly big but overall great shoe!
The Chuck 70 Marquis Hi Vintage is a solid shoe with a vintage look. I got mine in the white/natural color and they are super clean out of the box. I usually wear a size 10 but the 9.5 fits me pretty well, so they run a little big. The canvas holds up nicely when I wear them out and gives good support for a hi-top shoe. Wearing them around is like walking on a cloud - the sole is incredible and much more comfortable than I expected. I can wear them casually for a couple of hours before needing to take a break. The shoes get a little tight just as they come up to my toes (right around the ball of my foot). I have a slightly wide foot but that tightness is what keeps me from being able to wear them all day. Overall, good shoe and glad to add the classic look to my closet.
