I love these sneakers! I have grown up wearing converse But then, after my middle school years, I stopped wearing them. I just recently got back into wearing them because I was looking for a good flat toed shoe to lift with, and I don’t know why I stopped wearing them. Are use these shoes to lift weights with as well as dress up or dress down an outfit. I can wear these with a dress and make the outfit more casual instead of wearing fancy heels and it could be a casual picnic outfit. These shoes can honestly be used for any outfit from working out to wearing jeans and a T-shirt and also you can wear these shoes with a dress. I I love these shoes more than vans, because they look better in my opinion and they make your feet not look as big.

The Converse Chuck Taylor All Star sneakers are a classic choice that blends iconic style with solid comfort. The fit is true to size, offering a snug yet flexible feel that conforms to your foot over time. While the support is minimal, the design compensates with its classic look and casual versatility. Durability is decent, with the canvas material holding up well for everyday wear, though the sole may show signs of wear with heavy use.

I love Converse Chuck Taylor All Star shoes. I have them in several colors and styles. My favorite though, is the purple. Recently, a friend was married and our whole bridal parry wore these shoes under our gowns. They were very comfortable for the long day. None of us experienced any of the typical sore feet or blisters that come with wearing formal shoes. They looked great with our dresses, and we received a ton of compliments. These shoes are great for any occasion casual to formal.
I really love these shoes. They're super stylish - very 90s/y2k vibes. They're super comfy once broken in (which occurs quickly), though I will note there is no built in arch (I, personally, add an insole with an arch). I definitely rescheduled getting half a size (or a size) larger than you normally wear just because the high top can make it difficult to get your foot in if you get your exact size, in my opinion. Overall, I think these are adorable, comfortable and perfect for any casual occasion!
Converse high tops are an iconic and stylish choice. The canvas upper offers a lightweight feel and breathability, making them suitable for various seasons. The classic Chuck Taylor design provides a retro vibe that pairs well with casual and even semi-formal outfits. However, the thin sole might not be as cushioned for extended wear. Overall, Converse high tops are a fashion staple with a distinct aesthetic, perfect for those who appreciate a timeless and versatile sneaker.
I finally got my preteen to understand the amazingness that is Converse All Stars... which basically means his friends told him they were cool even though I have been telling him for years. He loves them! Super comfy, great for flat feet, and now he's cool like the cool kids. Hoping this leads to many more years of awesome Converse footwear. Great shoes! Highly recommend!
Classic Chucks have a new inner fabric. It's softer, but I question whether it breathes as well as the original canvas. Yes - canvas can get wet easily and that's not good, but I'll wait and see if the new liner material breathes as well in normal use. Also, I continue to buy classic Chucks, but the heels in particular wear out way too fast. Some people might like that very broken in look, but it certainly cuts the useful life of the shoes and any cushioning when walking. The soles should be of a sturdier rubber, but this has always been a shortcoming. The shoes are originally meant for indoor court use (they're original basketball shoes) and they wear so quickly on concrete sidewalks.
Being 77 years young, I remember when Converse All Stars were the shoe of choice. A substantial shoe capable of living up to the demands of an intense high school basketball game. The 2024 version resembles the 1965 version only in looks. There's nothing to this shoe. A thin canvas membrane with no cushioning whatsoever. When they improve this shoe, I'll be the first in line to buy it, but until then, I'm not giving it another thought. I guess I'm looking for the "Restomod" version...
The first pair of converse i had were a pair of hand me downs from my two older sisters. They were beaten down and ripped, but I still wore them everyday! These are the first pair of new converse I've ever bought, and there is a world of a difference wearing a pair of your own shoes for the first time! I love the green high tops, they're so much fun, and they add a fun pop of color to all my neutral outfits! I can't wait to save up and add more colors to my wardrobe!
