Purchased this 1.8m wide version and a 2.4m wide one. The 2.4m one sags, the replacement 2.4m sags and one I have opened and inspected in store with staff sags. They all sag by approximately 13mm in the middle. Only buy this if you do not need the longer ones as well. I now need to either accept a faulty product or pull all blinds down leaving holes in our brick walls.

I purchased these in late November of 2022 they have already failed not even 3 months later. The tail end cap on the rods have snapped. These are plastic which should be made in metal. The bungee tie downs have come out a few times. The warranty excludes against weather conditions but it can’t even withstand normal weather conditions like wind. These are outdoor blinds not indoor blinds. In my opinion made poorly. It provides good shade and cuts out the sun glare. But apart from that needs to improve on quality of the tie downs and clips. They need to be made in metal not plastic. Eventually these will corrode in the sun. Disappointed.

Purchased a week or so ago. Installed on the outside of the windows facing west to stop the sun fade of furniture and floor coverings. We had decided to get window tint but the cost was prohibitive and you cant remove window tint in the winter. We chose the rollup blinds for these very reasons, cost and versatility. At least in winter we can choose to have the sun in the room when we want to. Yep very happy with the decision. Had them in the previous home and got them again.

Have Bought 2 in April, easy to install the quality seems alright, so far it is working fine.But, the shade cloth is not great, like blocking only 50%-60% of the sunlight. it may be sufficient in autumn and winter time, but I don't think it will be great in summer, we will see.Thinking of returning it but too much trouble to bring them down.
In general the quality is fairly good for the price and it does the job. However, the pelmet attachment is poorly engineered. There are 4 tiny bolts (2 for each end) to secure the pelmet brackets to the clutch bracket and the idle end bracket. These bolts are very soft metal and the threads stripped. Also the threaded holes in the clutch and idle end brackets stripped. Luckily I have a tap and die set so was able to retap the holes and use better quality bolts. I would be reluctant to recommend to anyone without them being aware of the problems I encountered.
The blind is good in terms of the quality of the product, look, shade offered and is retractable, but the fixing system is completely flawed. It assumes there will be no wind, and is pulling against the retraction spring trying to pull it back up (which is very weak and easily overcome by wind). When we installed it, with the fully unwound blind fixed using the bungee straps and clasps, the wind would pull more blind down by inflating the blind material like a sail, then unhook itself, and start flapping and twisting in the breeze. A better fixing system would be to attach a bungee strap to one of two hooks or knobs so that there can be no upward or downward forces from the wind capable of unhooking the blind from the fixing points.

The staff was so good measured the lengths of blinds and immediately advice this might not fit in car appropriately and possible to pull out by police if carrying goods over console and gearbox unit. She immediately help me to get free trailer hire and transferred blind to drive-in loading bay. Roller Blind with Pelmet is need and easier to operates, but the draw back is only one colors available and no verity sizes. My friends looked at this and they decided to buy. I needed more but the size available are not matching and my friends has same problems for color and sizes .
Purchased and installed this week. First impressions were that the install process was logical and easy. The quick release is also a good feature. Once installed, the blinds look fantastic. Unfortunately there a significant design flaws… Firstly the manual indicates rings on the bottom of the blinds to attach the toggles to, these do not exist so I had to come up with a work around. Second and the big problem is there is no way to lock the blinds in drawn position so when any wind picks up, the blinds tend to fully unravel and flap about after a while. I increased the blind tension to maximum but the issue still occurs. There is no way to fix this significant problem so I do not recommend purchase of this product.
Purchased this product June 2019, in Jan 2022 the blind mechanism failed and the blind collapsed. This product has 2 years warranty hence it was approximately 6 months out of warranty. I rang Bunnings and they advised to contact the manufacturer/importer Coolaroo in Melbourne trading as Gale Pacific Limited. They advised that the blind could not be repaired and would not assist me in any way. Given the short period it was out of warranty and the mode of failure this was very disappointing. Went back to Bunnings who where sympathetic but also would not assist me. On the basis of this early complete failure I could not recommend purchasing any of these Coolaroo blinds.
DONT NOT BUY THESE BLINDS. We spent ($1800) on 9 of them less than 3 months ago, and already had 5 rendered unusable. The plastic caps at the base perish in weeks. Our first blind broke 2 weeks after purchase, and we have lost another 4 since then. Very poorly made, and very cheap materials.
