Mostly I would recommend the physical product. I'm not impressed by the website where I need to try and get customer support. Chat takes you to a Facebook Messenger, when then tells you to log in the website and open a ticket, but the website never responds to activation email requests or password resets.
Very spacious case with lots of options for mounting SSD drives. The fans are very quiet. I like the power supply on the bottom with plenty of options for cable routing. The rubber pass-throughs help hold the wires/cables from interfering with the CPU fan. Drive mounting is slick and easy with no screws needed. I would definitely buy this case again.
Ive built several computers, and used several fundamentally different case designs. (removable HD brackets, wire run channels, standard fixed mount everything) Overall this case is a very sleek case design, it feels sturdy, has good sound dampening, and is a clever. They did a good job of giving this case multiple cooling options. I personally really like the option for doing water cooling or standard air cooling. The case just feels good. Im regretting not getting the case with the clear side panel.
I was looking to downsize from my old, enormous, full tower, and I'm really turned off by a lot of contemporary cases that are wreathed in LEDs to let the neighborhood know that I'm a 1337 H4X0R MLG. This provides a simple, sleek exterior, with a lot of the modern amenities you'd want out of a new case. Additionally, I still happen to use my optical drive, so this one had space for it.
