Good table and play very well. Easy to assemble and folding is very quick and easy.
Great experience, first time order of table and accessories on-line from PPD. Order status and delivery instructions well communicated, local delivery agent very helpful in offloading table and helped open the box to do an internal inspection. Everything was in good shape. Table assembly went well, very minor issue with needing a couple of takes on getting the proper orientation of leg braces. Now enjoying the table very much. Folds up very easily to make room for other activities. Thank you PingPongDepot.
I would have given this a 5-star review. Table arrived fast and no damage. However, everywhere on the site it is being advertised as free-shipping to Canada, even as of this review is made, it says "FREE Ship & Net (Canada Only)" in the title of the merchandise (see screenshot). However, 2 days after I've paid up, while waiting for shipment, i got an email from PingPongDepot asking for an additional $100 fee for shipping. The reason I was given was that being where I live, the shipping cost was higher than usual. I live in Calgary - the third largest city in Canada by population, not some remote northern hamlet. If you are a business and made a mistake in your advertising, you should swallow the cost and learn your lesson - not by going back to customer after an ... I have this table at school and it's a really good one, I would suggest it for good player because it is worth a lot of money but if you need a great quality/price table, there we go that's it.
