This is an excellent mousepad. It is built with high quality materials and it's about as good as you can hope for when it comes to something so simple. However, $60 is quite a price for something like this regardless of its bonus features. The included USB hub offers 2 USB-A ports alongside a detachable USB-C connector to your PC. This is enough for your mouse along with one additional component, allowing for consolidated cable management depending on your PC's configuration. I was a little disappointed that there are only 2 RGB zones compared to the 15 or so on the older MM800 hard mouse pad, however given that they work through a single fiberoptic piece running along the border of the pad, the limitation exists to further the convenience of being able to roll the ... MoreThis is an excellent mousepad. All things considered, it's hard to recommend spending $60 on a mouse pad, however it does all the things it claims to do exceedingly well, and the quality of materials is top notch as is the case with all Corsair peripherals that I have owned.

Its big mouse pad that lights up with ICUE (Corsair), it was almost pain in the butt set up. The mouse pad doesn't come on when you connected it to the computer. You have to press the small button on the back then it will finally show up on icue. Then there you can customize it whatever you want, i bought for how big it is and lights. Having limited mobility on my heavy Corsair 1000 D case, im unable to look at what my temps are cpu. So customizes the pad lights for temperature. Now the lights around the mouse pad, look like they used fishing string to keep lights on the pad.

Mousepads are generally boring - However, if you throw a bright RGB light around the outside and sync it with ICUE it suddenly becomes a lot cooler! RGB- The RGB on the pad is good, it could be a bit brighter and more uniform however it is about as good as it is going to get for $45! Considering it Syncs with ICUE as well so everything is the same color I really can't complain. It also has a button to change the color should you choose to not use ICUE to control it as well which is cool. Pad - The mousepad is a standard quality mousepad that you would expect to get for $45, backed by corsair quality so you know you can trust it. USB passthrough- Oddly enough the part where the pad plugs in (USB C connector in as well which is always a bonus) has two extra USB ports ... MoreMousepads are generally boring - However, if you throw a bright RGB light around the outside and sync it with ICUE it suddenly becomes a lot cooler! The cable is braided and quality connecting to it so I don't see an issue in the future with its capability. Conclusion- For $45 it honestly doesn't make sense to me why you would buy a different mousepad. Even if you turn the RGB off it is still a great value and I couldn't recommend anything else. Corsair strikes again with another great product.

This Corsair MM700 has been great in regards to material and design. Non-slip on the bottom while soft and comfortable on the top. It durable and easily rolls up for travelling should you have the need. The lighting is nice however, I gave it four stars because the iCUE app could use some improvements. First, there's an issue with losing your color settings when the computer wakes up from sleeping where it defaults to red, that or I have my color along the edges but the Corsair symbol on the controller is white. Once I restart the iCUE app it's back to the lighting effects I set. Not much of an issue as I'm sure it will be addressed with an update soon but that's what review are for. Hard to improve/fix a product without feedback. It will really look nice once I get ... MoreThis Corsair MM700 has been great in regards to material and design. Look it up if you're into mechanical keyboards or thinking about it.
I've been jealous of my wife's Razer RGB matt since I got it for her. Now that Corsair has finally released one of their own, I purchased mine. The first one I received was great but I encountered this weird issue where the lighting would stop working after a restart or a cold startup of the computer. The device wouldn't be properly recognized by the system. The USB hub would still work as my mouse was connected to it. The only fix was to unplug the USB-C cable and plug it back in. I tried a fresh re-install of the drivers, a different cable, a different USB port, a different computer, it would always fail to turn on the lights after a reboot. By the time I got fed up with it I was already outside of the return window with BestBuy. I contacted Corsair customer ... MoreI've been jealous of my wife's Razer RGB matt since I got it for her. By the time I got fed up with it I was already outside of the return window with BestBuy. I contacted Corsair customer support and was able to setup a warranty exchange but I had to pay for shipping out of my pocket, which is ~$20 to ship a pad of this size. I ended up getting a completely brand new one and got to keep the old USB-C cable (yay $20 fancy-looking charging cable). The replacement works perfectly with no issues. It must have been a hardware defect causing it. I don't think this issue is widespread. When searching online, only a handful of people reported the same issue. My advice is if you buy this product, and the issue I described above happens to you, go exchange it while you still can.
I wanted to upgrade from a mouse pad to a full pad. I own several Corsair RBG products and figured I would check out the MM700 Cloth gaming pad. I am familiar with Corsair's iCUE software and have several RGB gaming profiles configured. The pad is more than large enough to accommodate my keyboard and mouse. The surface is soft, has an anti-slip backing, and a two port USB hub for my devices. The MM700 is powered by a USB C connector. Set up is easy. Clean off your desk, unroll the pad, put your stuff on the pad, and plug the pad into a free USB port. The pad lays flat on the table without having to roll it in the reverse direction as it came out of the box. That is a plus. The RBG lights up immediately once plugged in. The pad lays flat on the table without having to roll it in the reverse direction as it came out of the box. That is a plus. The RBG lights up immediately once plugged in. There is a button on the back of the USB hub that allows you to cycle through some preset hardware profiles. iCUE will also instantly detect the pad and allow you to program three light zones: left side, right side, and USB hub light. I set the pad's default to what passes for rainbow in a three light zone product. The lighting is subtle enough to add ambiance to my work space without being distracting. Adding the MM700 to my pre-existing gaming profiles was also very easy to setup. My mouse glides across the surface with little resistance. It also does not scuff up the Teflon feet of my mouse like other gaming surfaces I have tried. Over all, I am happy with the pad. Now, why did I give this thing three star and not five? The pad is not auto detected and activated when I reboot my computer from a cold boot. Sometimes, it won't power on from sleep. The pad is running the latest firmware and I have the latest version of iCUE running. Also, the HUB does work so I know the unit has power and can send/receive signals. The only solution is to unplug the USB C cable and plug it back in. The RGB lights up and iCUE recognizes the MM700 once I plug the pad back into the computer. I called Corsair about this issue. They did not offer me a satisfactory solution. I pad works well enough for my needs so I chose to keep it and deal with the quarkiness until Corsair comes out with an amped up version of the MM700 pad. Overall, the pad does exactly what it says it does. The inconsistent operation is something Corsair needs to follow up on and perfect before I'll recommend this product to anyone.
I love this! I have a Corsair Keyboard, Mouse, Headset Stand, Headset, and Fans. Everything syncs using iCue. The iCue software is not user friendly but i simply downloaded a premade profile from Corsair. The lighting is fully adjustable and isnt overwhelming even on the brightest settings. The surface has a very pleasant touch and the mat has a healty weight to it. I love that it takes up almost my whole desk. Luckily, I did not experience any nasty smell from it. Youre going to love it if you are a Corsair fan.
Bought all new keyboard, mouse and mouse pad due to not have any uses with my Corsair 150i Pro AIO water cooler, and the Corsair iCue software has been really solid. I was experiencing crashes in games with the Razer software, and it seemed their software just hasnt been as good as it was in the past. I honestly didnt know this mouse pad was so huge. Its a monster, but I love it! Also the connecter block on the pad is lit up with Corsair logo, and has 2 USBs on it too. It has different lighting zones, so you can set all different colors, or have them all the same or change colors etc. Its made well, and the kind of mouse pads I grew up with, soft cloth with the rubber backing. I was looking to add to my RGB setup and a mousepad was next on my list. My previous Corsair mousepad was about 36”x 15.5”, so I wanted that size with added RGB. This mousepad isn’t not as thick and doesn’t lay flat all the way near the four corners. Also the lighting bleeds out at the corners and dims as it passes through the fiber strip. I have yet to try the ICUE software used for controlling the lighting at this point the button used for changing the colors suffice for now. I plan on using the additional USB ports that is has, that addition made me choose this over other brands at the same price point. The surface is smooth and seems pretty accurate, however small movements with pauses in between when playing FPS maybe a bit more taxing to execute. Still over priced for what it does and the flaws. Make it thicker next time before you put your name on it Corsair and also try to find a solution for the fiber used to carry the lighting effects.
On a sample of a week, it's just what I was hoping for. Read lots of reviews prior to purchasing, warning that it did not flatten out completely (because of how it comes all rolled up in the box); 95% rolled out flat. Have one small area with a bit of a bump on the edge (middle of the long side). So what? It looks good, it handles good (with respect to the mouse), and the LED change enough to make it nice but not distracting. Also read many reviews that complained that it only had several lighting zones. Honestly looks fine to me, and it immediately synched up with my iCUE software, so that I could (if I wanted to) adjust/change the lighting pattern, even synch it with my RAM, FANS, CPU Cooler, etc. That's pretty cool. Bottom line, I went from an 8x10 mousepad to a 16x36 mouse surface, so no more rolling off the end of the mousepad in the middle of something. So, YAY for that. Only thing to point out is it's not thick like a normal (small) cloth mousepad (this one IS some sort of cloth, just much skinnier). So, from an ergonomics point of view, going from a thick mousepad to this lowers your hand/wrist about 1/4 inch. It will feel different, you may need adjust your chair arm to make things feel normal. That being said, glad I bought it. Wish I'd done it sooner.
