Being a 240mm AiO water cooler, it's already a good option for anyone after more efficient cooling of their CPU. But given it has a great look being a bright white colour and when installed with other white components, it comes together nicely. The pump block RGB is a bit overbearing sometimes, but with a bit of customisation within iCUE, I was able to turn the logo LED down to 15% and made other changes to the rest of the block to make it more subtle.Where this product is at it's best is with what it comes with as an entire package. I was able to move all my fans onto the Commander Pro included in the box, meaning I now have one place where all the RGB, fan speeds and pump information is kept and driven. iCUE continues to be the best RGB controller available ... MoreBeing a 240mm AiO water cooler, it's already a good option for anyone after more efficient cooling of their CPU. The RGB is stellar on this cooler, so much brighter and more variable than anything I've used before. Amazing cooling performance to boot; it keeps my 2600X well under 30C at idle not to mention the white finish just makes the RGB colours pop even more. However, the pump makes the worst noise at idle and this is a somewhat common problem with this AIO (just google corsair h100i elite capellix pump noise). I myself had my original AIO replaced due to the noise, only for the replacement to make the same noise. This noise may not be a problem for you if you have more case noise however the AIO fans act almost as a double edge sword, because the fans are so quiet, the pump noise is made much more apparent.TLDR, great cooling performance, great RGB & Colour but the ... MoreThe RGB is stellar on this cooler, so much brighter and more variable than anything I've used before. I love this cooler. Its a massive improvement over my Thermaltake TH240 I got with my prebuilt at ABS. Ive pretty much upgraded almost every part of this prebuilt now, and all that might be left is the ram. The cooler looks amazing, stays silent, and even better I got it for a good price on Newegg. I can see why people go for Corsair for AIO solutions and will definitely (If I ever have to) consider picking another AIO from them again in the future. Would definitely recommend if you have the budget for a more flashy AIO. If you just want an AIO? There are other options, and Id definitely agree with the reasoning for picking the budget option. But unfortunately for those options, they just dont have the flare that the Capellix does, and thats exactly why you would ... MoreI love this cooler. Great First Impressions for an AIO
2 June 2022

This is my first time dabbling in AIO coolers. The options I had were Kraken from NZXT or Corsair. I went with this AIO due to the great reviews on YouTube and other platforms. Of course being new to AIO's and upgrading from air cooling was a process in itself. Unfortunately the instructions weren't as clear as I would have liked them to be. But the process entirely took about 2-ish hours to uninstall the air cooler and put in the AIO. Once the process was done and the cable management was all done, this AIO looks truly incredible. I absolutely love this AIO and will recommend it to any and everyone. It's so easy to customize in the iCue app. 10/10, would recommend.

It's good but has some flaws.

It's good but has some flaws.(1) - The pump runs off of the Corsair controller, not the motherboard, and is integrated into a multi-cable, not a 3 or 4 pin or usb connector. So when the box dies, you lose your cooling. This just adds anothere layer of complexity and an extra point of failure to watercooling AIO's.Had I realised you can't separate the pump from this box/cable combo I would have purchased an alternative.(2) - The pump is much noisier than the H80i and H75 v2 I've used in the past. Very annoying as this build sits on my desk 3 ft from my chair. The software and lighting controls are great and it also works via a plugin with my Asus Rog motherboard to control those lights.Corsair fans are never that quiet. I've always struggled with them and eventually replaced them with quieter models. As these are RGB I'm living with them for now, and added 2 extra 140mm fans to the case for extra cooling, so that I don't have to hear theses.

My first liquid cooling setup and I wanted to replace the stock AMD fan that came with my Ryzen 9 3900x. The pump block itself will require a sata cable for power and uses a micro usb cable for RGB. The installation bits were easy, the pump block itself is a pain. All in its a good purchase. The cool bits * It has RGB on the pump block and fans for the radiator. * Its white, so its has a clean look (make sure to keep your hands/finger tips clean of thermal paste). Also you may want to color coordinate case and cables if thats your thing. * Mounting the radiator and fans was easy peasy. * Airflow direction on fans are there though you are going to want to have it intake air. Personally if Corsair wants to use micro USB, flip the female end around where the cable can be routed downwards instead up of up and around the top the mother board and back down. I hope they may the change to USB-C since it can be connected either way. * It has a lot of cables that are long, so prepare to do some cable management magic. * AMD mounting brackets particularly the +AM4 mounting. This was the most difficult part of the installation. Just trying to get the hooks to catch was not particularly easy. Personally once I got the hooks I gave it a slight pull to make sure it did get seated correctly.

This thing. Wow. I’d clean off the existing thermal paste and slap on your own, otherwise it’s a breeze to use and set up even for a novice. Even when stress testing in 3D mark the coolant never gets above 38c. For streaming its great (paired to an i713kf) and whatever I throw at it (in pull config) it does a fantastic job at keeping the cpu below 83c (highest I’ve seen the cpu package at for mixed tasking) yes the pump could be a bit quieter and Corsairs iQue software is awful. But! If you’re looking for an AIO that ticks all the necessary boxes look no further. I wish I’d have got the 360 rad instead but the 240 is cracking.

Quiet, high flow pump rate (4800RPM), lots of surface area for dissipation in the radiator. Pros: Flexible hoses, multi angle fittings, semi-assembled bracket (the bracket is built into the pump itself, so a bit less work putting it together). Cons: Weird design decisions. Near every other AIO unit on the market uses straight up 3 or 4 pin connectors across the board, while this one requires a SATA power connector, a one pin bearing 3 pin fan jumper for the tachometer of the pump, and two 4 pin connectors for the fans on the radiator itself. I did end up using the 3 pin to just keep track of the pump, but ultimately did not use the 4 pin connectors for the fans. My idle temps dropped by about 8-10C, but the weird part is that my loaded temps are 20C cooler than they were previously, maxing out around 58C... Not sure why it's more effective while the system is pushing the limits, but hey, it's definitely not a complaint at all.

White on White Crime.

White on White is a great colour combination and when combined with a White case, white motherboard and white GPU the RGB's actually look much nicer than when they are projected onto black parts. Its lighter and much more reflective. The cooler is exceptionally clever and the AIO Coolers have become far better than those 5 or so years ago. This cooler will not only control a large number of other fans in the computer but it will tell you the temprature of the fluid within it.That way you can make informed decisions on fan curves, Pump speeds and just how much you're willing to compromise noise vs cooling. The software is exceptionally straightforward and easy to use and once you work out you can create your own Fan Curves then you can make the unit much quieter. ... MoreWhite on White is a great colour combination and when combined with a White case, white motherboard and white GPU the RGB's actually look much nicer than when they are projected onto black parts. Works well

Works well - initial fan burst on start-up is a bit loud, but otherwise seems fine. I have my PC on my desk, so overall the AIO fans are a noisier that the 2 x 120mm BeQuiet fans they replaced, but barely noticeable. CPU temps are usually 55 degrees (up to 59 degrees when gaming). Water temp is usually 35 degrees. LED’s could be a bit brighter (I have a stark white LED colour scheme) but management via iCue is a breeze.
