AMAZING AIO - LONG READ - TLDR at bottom

I've had this AIO for about two weeks now and I am incredibly impressed. I have athe fractal C meshify case that I put this bad boy in. The one downside with this AIO ( Its actually a downside about the case and not the AIO itself ) in the Meshify case is that you can only mount the fans on the radiator in a pull configuration. The spacing in the front on the meshify case between the filter and actual AIO mounting can only give clearance to "slim fans" ones that are 15 mm. So anyone who has a fractal c meshify case be warned that unless you want to buy different fans altogether , you'll be forced to mount in a pull orientation for front mounting ,which is definetly not the end of the world. You could also Go push - pull by adding more fans to the front part as well ... MoreI've had this AIO for about two weeks now and I am incredibly impressed. Awesome AIO!!

Corsair has been making AIO’s for many years and they’ve stood the test of time and have proven to be reliable, worry free and they perform!! I’ve never seen or had a Corsair AIO leak or anything like that. They definitely cool better than standard air coolers and run quieter it wanted. I have this on 10900k OC’d to 5.1 all core, all the time and highest temps on hand brake encoding with multiple files at once is around 80-86c. That’s not bad, the fans are the Corsair mag lev rgbs fans and are actually really nice performing fans. However I do want to note that I run a push pull setup with the fans as I bought 3 more Corsair maglev fans, I like to squeeze as much performance as possible but I know in reality with the radiator being less than 28mm thick, these extra ... MoreCorsair has been making AIO’s for many years and they’ve stood the test of time and have proven to be reliable, worry free and they perform!! Easy to set up, I do recommend changing the thermal paste to a higher quality/performing paste like thermal grizzly kyronaut or the many other good pastes out on the market. This AIO comes with a commander hub, which is nice. You can hook up to 6 Corsair fans and accompanying RGB wires to the hub to control the fan speed and that RGB goodness everybody loves

When it comes to cooling your CPU, you have several options, and the second you choose to look at water cooling you should instantly look to a corsair and this is for several reasons.Aesthetics - The RGB on the H100i/H150i is amazing. The lights are evenly dispersed and graded so you cant see and individual lights and the gradient flow is very smooth. Corsair ICue can be a hassle but once you get the flow of it - it is AMAZING. I can have my Phillips hue lights in my office/game room and have all my lights matching in corsairs ICUE software which is to my knowledge exclusive.Performance - I use the H150i for my 5950x (16 core) and it never goes over 65 degrees at 5ghz which is pretty impressive. You can never hear the pump and as far as corsair support goes they will RMA anything with little to zero hassle which is always a win with good customer support. I used the Prior gen Tripple rad on my 8700k and thought that gen AIO was amazing so when I opened the box and saw this AIO I was blown away at how the best gets better.Price and Upgradeability - When it comes to price I am always shocked to see corsair cheaper than almost every other AIO on the market while performing better, the fans that come with it are also decent fans with good RGB as well! This AIO is also upgradable which is almost unheard of as you can upgrade the LED lights to a screen should you want to at a later time. Conclusion - Regardless of whether you are looking for a 240 or a triple rad I would never consider another option other than corsair. After 15-20 PC builds you can tell quality when you see it and Corsair has never faulted me on quality, customer service, or performance. I couldn't recommend an AIO or a PC brand more than corsair.

PLEASE NOTE: On the current version of ICUE 4.31.168 the Commander Core XT (that you must install in order for the pump to work) will not show up or be visible on ICUE Dashboard.. an image of the pump head will be shown instead. All fan and RGB controls, and functions through the Commander Core XT will be inside a sub-menu when you click on the pump head image. Its a little puzzling at first because you might think the Commander Core XT hasn't been recognized by ICUE, but as long as you see an image of the pump head on the dashboard then you are good to go!This is a very good 360 AIO that keeps my newly installed i7 13700k really cool under load, but I have 3 Noctua NF-A12x25 installed instead of the 3 ML120 fans that came included in the package.. so Im not sure ... MorePLEASE NOTE: On the current version of ICUE 4.31.168 the Commander Core XT (that you must install in order for the pump to work) will not show up or be visible on ICUE Dashboard.. an image of the pump head will be shown instead. On demanding games such as Cyberpunk 2077 or Control my CPU temps barely get over 60c but on the normal games I play it sits around mid 40c and low 50c. The pump head is extremely quiet and installation was fairly painless other than dealing with ICUE when setting fan speeds and RGB effects... but thats ICUE for you lol.All in all this a great 360mm AIO that has performed well while gaming. The price is a little steep, but Corsair products are always built well and last. My previous Corsair 240mm AIO lasted me 4 years which is why I went with this new 360mm version.

I paired the iCUE H150i Elite CAPELLIX CPU Cooler with the iCUE 5000x RGB tempered glass case and some additional iCUE 120 RGB fans in a new build. Installation was a breeze, no pun intended. It took about 5 minutes to install this AIO, you will spend a bit more time wiring all the fans to the controller. You can mount the fans on the front or back of the radiator depending on your individual setup. Once booted up everything syncs up easily within the iCUE software and there are many customization options. The black pump faceplate can be removed and changed out with the included white plate or you can replace with the iCUE ELITE CPU Cooler LCD Display Upgrade Kit. Proprietary connectors failing, 3 months in

Great cooler when it works. I've noticed that the cable that runs from the CPU block, a flat ribbon that they don't show in the images, can be faulty when plugging in the proprietary connector to the included hub. It said my pump had failed. Luckily, I live to fix these sort of things, so I began a search online and found that many people have this problem. Wiggling the large connector that inserts into the hub, you begin to hear bubbles and a distinct wizzing sound as the pump fires up. I've contacted Corsair on twitter about a solution going forward. Since the cable comes right out of the block, I really doubt I can just get a replacement cable... it's not looking good at this point.Things are getting so complicated, why was there a need to run pump power from ... MoreGreat cooler when it works. Since the cable comes right out of the block, I really doubt I can just get a replacement cable... it's not looking good at this point.Things are getting so complicated, why was there a need to run pump power from the hub? Corsair also doesn't show the 1 thin wire with a 3 pin on it that you plug into the CPU fan to trick the system into thinking a CPU fan is installed. Why not make it an ACTUAL 3 pin, that supplies power to the pump at full speed in case the software fails? The world will never know!3 stars, fans are great (cool magnets), cooler works phenomenally when things are right, but a failing cable at 3 months is a bit much from a large company like Corsair. Unfortunate given I upgraded from my H100i V2, which still works despite what most certainly has to be some decent cavitation. I might have to get it back out if this thing has to be shipped.TLDR; cable from block failing at hub which causes no power to pump, proprietary connectors, not using 3 pin power to pump, just 1 pin to trick motherboard.

Pump being way too loud, overshadows the good
23 November 2021

As other reviewers say, the pump whine is ridiculous with this unit. I actually thought it was defective before searching for similar customer issues. I've always had Corsair liquid coolers, but this is by far the most annoying pump I've ever had. It is constantly buzzing/whining even on the desktop, doing nothing. It's louder than the 5 fans currently running in the case. No lie, this pump makes more noise than the AMD 6700XT reference card I'm currently using! That is saying something because AMD reference cards are known to be loud and hot. I read that Corsair changed the pump manufacturer used for their AIO coolers, so if that's the case, bad move by Corsair. I have 5 Corsair products total now, and this is the first purchase I've regretted. It's WAYYY too ... MoreAs other reviewers say, the pump whine is ridiculous with this unit. It's WAYYY too expensive to have a problem like this. Also, in some games like Destiny, just by having your camera facing different objects in-game, you can change the sound and whine of this CPU cooler haha. Once again, with that happening, I thought the crazy noise was coming from the AMD GPU, until I opened the side panel and got down in the floor to listen. Nope, it's this CPU pump. Sounds very similar to my dorm-size refrigerator running. One more thing. When I reboot my computer, and sometimes when I'm shutting it down, the AIO fans ramp up to what sounds like full RPM speeds. It gets concerning loud. Enough to wake up someone in the same room sleeping. With all that said, the h150i keeps the CPU very cool and the RGB is cool to use with my other Corsair products, but the noises this pump is causing kind of ruins everything else for me.
