Ended up going with a new build. Got this paired with a corsair 150i LCD on a 11900kf i9.. gaming even cpu intensive games like new world. Cpu doesnt go above 55 ever. On quiet settings. Before i had the xm50 and i would say maybe a 10c difference on the dame 11900kf. Well see how it holds up 6months to a year from now

Whether or not this is better than another brand, I would not know since I am not in the habit of comparing multiple installation of processors. That being said, I can say that I have a AMD7950X3D with liquid cooling and this thermal paste. My processor is always running at temperatures much less than what others report online even under very heavy workload. How much is attributed to the thermal paste versus the liquid cooling, I have no idea, but I can say is that everything is working much better than expected with respect to temperatures.

Used this to replace the 2 year old paste in my laptop. Thermals went from 95°c averages to 74°c averages with no throttling. The temp drops allowed me to overclock the cpu and gpu a little. A bit pricey but worth it, especially if you dont want to take the risk that comes with liquid metal. I usually go with liquid metal i didn't want to reapply every 6 months or so, especially when dealing with the hassle of dismantling a laptop.

Using on a 5900x running at 4.7ghz all core and applied to my rig strix 6900xt. CPU and gpu have 240mm aios, fans replaced with 3000rpm noctua industrial fans @ 24v with their own 24v power supply’s. Max cpu temp achieved over 3 3d mark runs was 55deg C and gpu at 52deg c. In a Corsair 5000d airflow. This Corsair thermal paste had me a little nervous at first because I honestly didn’t think it would be enough for the insane things I do in regards to room airflow and additional cooling provided by my windowless ac, get, try it, I’m pretty sure you will love it, only downside it’s like $25.00, but it is what it is. ***that gpu score is only that low until I get a dedicated breaker installed***
Not gonna lie, seeing 25$ for thermal paste was outragous but I saw this was recommended for 7000 series processesors and going into my first build and having a 7950x I wanted to be on the safe side while having the piece of mind of having high quality thermal paste. I was very happy with temps and the 7950x hitting 5ghz + very easy. It did the job perfectly but if 25$ is too much especially for literally 1 cpu I would recommend looking at videos with other thermal pastes. I bought this to be safe and thankfully it did perfectly.
I’ve used pretty much every high performance thermal paste on a number of past builds. This has given me the best performance to date. I’ll be rating it low on ease of use though - its more a thermal putty than thermal paste. Saying it’s viscous puts it lightly. It’s the thickest, most difficult to use paste ive ever worked with, bar none. I tried a manual spread and it took forever. When i use it again, ill 100% be using the supplied stencil as recommended. But overall, it cools a 13900k with a 240mm aio. Im convinced this TIM is why im getting good temps. Absolutely outstanding yet very difficult to apply and expensive
Was checking out what new thermal paste had been released this year and stilled across the XTM70 so I decided to check out the reviews. All the reviews I had read show this performing at the top of the pack, that easier I decided to order it. The kit is very nice, finally a premium paste that includes multiple alcohol wipes, though I did not use the stick on applicator.Initially I swapped this out on my Ryzen 7600x from Kingpin KPx which had served me well, during normal use (mainly gaming) and burn in tests (furmark, CPU-Z, AND Cinebench) I noticed a drop of several degrees consistently. Was very impressed. Would definitely recommend this paste to those looking for the best possible thermal performance.
After reading the reviews, I was excited to get this grease, and boy I was blown away.It is the best thermal paste there is. I tested it against Noctua NT H1, Prolima Tech PK3, and Thermal Grizzly Kryanaut and it outperformed them handily.I also like the template as it allows me to dispense this precious thermal paste in the right amount. Thanks, Corsair for introducing this material.
I bought this as a replacement for my current Corsair XTM50 paste. Upon applying on my cpu and gpu after cleaning my pc, I noticed a ~15c drop in temperatures across the board. Though I'm sure some of this is attributed to cleaning the rest of the system. My only greivance with it is the price, which is significant for thermal paste, especially only 3 grams, but worth it if youre looking for that higher level of performance.
this is the best thermal paste you can get, imo. not only is it tested as one of the best thermal paste you can get (tons of youtube videos) but it also includes an awesome template to apy the paste perfectly across the surface of the cooler, making sure you get the perfect application. this ensures the perfect and same thickness across the cpu so it gets even coverage which helps improve cooling even more.i am running an i9-13900k (steady) overclocked to 6ghz using this paste and the corsair H150i LCD AIO Cooler.
