I purchased 10kg Endurashell weight plates for my intense workout.The grip is good. The coating provides long lifetime usage. The diameter is perfect for usage. I adjust them on the curl bar for shoulder and back workouts and use the single plate for core and strength training as well.I would recommend buying these because I liked them for my personal use.

Its standard weight hole diameter of 25, saved me some extra bucks on getting a new rod. Durable and highly effective.Pros; PVC coating, smooth finish, standard weight holes.Cons; not suitable for hard throws and drops.

Purchased this as a gift. It's a little more than I originally budgeted for but decided to after seeing how cheap and available the refill paper is. Also for the reputable brand.. and it's pretty! :)
