If you lay 3 of these mats across, it becomes the perfect deadlift platform. I keep 1 spare for replacing but after dropping 200-300kg deadlifts, there is not a single mark on these mats and they still look new. A must have if do deadlifts at home.

I have been using a dual-density rubber gym floor mats as a lifting platform for a few months and it has been great. 50mm is more than enough thickness for deadlifts, deadens the sound and keeps the neighbours happy.

These mats are super heavy duty and surprisingly heavy, each mat is a whopping 40kg. They wont budge at all and really good noise cancellation.

These are heavyweight mats that protect your floor from damage. Been using them for the last 4 months in my gym, its been great for my deadlifts where sometimes I can slam the weights a little hard on the flooring. The quality is excellent and no noticeable issues so far.
