simple to assemble and is adequate for medium use. There is a fair bit of movement on the bar compared to high end pro gym equipment, and the whole gym does move a little bit.product is priced accordingly

So far the best purchase for my home gym so farwhich I use religiously.Installation is tricky but not hard if you use the installation manual prior to setting this machine up.Smith machine is smooth, hooks on well for safety and feels premium. The cable machine works well, smooth and easy to adjust heights. All components feel strong and durable.

Great piece of gym equipment! Very sturdy for the money , great value

Very good value for money. Quality is adequate for home gym. Cable pulleys are fine and work smoothly. Smith machine is fine. Very happy with purchase. It is not a commercial quality product but fine for most people at home.

Amazing Quality

I bought the Cortex smith machine and a range of Cortex weights to get back into fitness and weight training after long months of Covid lockdown etc.This is an amazingly high quality piece of equipment and has been life changing for me as I finally brought the gym home, cancelled expensive memberships elsewhere, and found the motivation to train using what looks like a professional gym setup in my garage. Excellent for the price

This was fairly easy to set up but give yourself an hour or so. All the parts fitted together perfectly, so it seems to be well made.I’ve used it a few times and found it very sturdy, and everything runs/pulls smoothly.I definitely recommend for the price.

Expands the workout

Moving from just a benchpress and expanding to this was a great investment for my sons and I to workout in the garage.

Not worth the money

I just bought this smiths machine not in pressed at all very compact frame light weight no way you can do dips or chin ups these handles will snap off very cheap disappointed with this purchase

Regretful purchase

Quality of the product is standard. Poor packaging. Bolts and nuts alignment is poor. The product has lot of welding debris inside each part which will mess up the installation place. Don’t rely on the installation manual, it’s pathetic. The parts list is wrong, poorly documented instructions and pixelated pictures will ruin your day.Customer service is very slow

So versatile

I bought this as a Christmas present for my teenage son and myself. It is fantastic, so many different exercises you can do. I find it sturdy and safe. It took my sister and I about 3 weekends to build it, but we got there, even though the instructions gave up when it came to installing the pulley ropes!You will need to buy a set of weights to use on it.The bar itself weighs 15 kms which was a surprise. I also bought a bench, and rubber mats to use with it and a foam support for the back when using the bar for squats.I got it on sale, so it has been really good value for money. It was recommended to me by an exercise physiologist.
