I like glass packaging so much. Taste and size is ok.My dietician prescribed this product to benefit my sleep because of the quality of the ingredients. But after using a product we found out that magnesium doesn't work for me as it should because of my hormones. So I had better sleep without using this product. My dietician said that reaction to magnesium like mine is really rare and only one of her other patients had the same response to the product.
