I take Omega-3 because it's never too early to work on memory retention. my greatgrandmother was an avid fish eater who would eat the eyes of the fish and told me it was good for me, she died with her memories in tact, and with all the problems of memory loss so many suffer from including my mother I wondered if my gg was onto something. I noticed after taking this country life omega-3 that 4 out of 5 mornings I would wake up with full recollection of my muliple dreams intact. Where as before I would wake up and wondered if I had dreamt at all. Well now i know that every night is a dream night and I have since recommended my mom take her Omega-3 everyday to help retain her memories. This stuff is non fishy and works great!

I have compared quality, price, how they are encapsulated and whether or not they have any "fishy burp" (or repeating) after effect, which some versions do. If you read the supplement facts on this product, you will see that it says EPA equal to 180 mg, DHA equal to 120 mg...then under the Amount Per Serving? 1000 mg. HUH?? Last time I checked, 180 + 120 = 300. Not 1000!! The rest of the gel-cap may be filled with fish oil, but certainly not 1000 mg of DHA/EPA. In order to get close to the recommended daily amount, you would have to take at least 3 of these "supplements" a day. VERY disappointed that I never paid attention, as I'm now on my second bottle. It’s the first time for my parents and I to take omega-3. It’s quite effective, to be honest. After taking it at around 9 after dinner, I stay awake until nearly 1:30 haha (while I usually become unconscious and fall sleep at 12).Tips: take omega-3 after meal (better to take after breakfast)!
I was worried about this product when I opened it, because there was a strong fish smell to it. However, I have not had any fishy aftertaste with this product at all. Not even several hours afterward, which I have experienced with some other products. Despite the smell, I would definitely recommend this product.

These Fish Oil tablets are so good and very affordable.These tablets thin your blood and are essential. I use themregularly with other tablets. 200 Caps of 1000 mg is a greatdeal to buy. I take daily 2 Caps.
This product works well for me. A notisable change for the better. I tried others and found some others worked in reverse, raised my bad colesterol and trigliserides. Be watchful of the krill oil, they are not as good as they advertise.
