I recently started painting on large format artists paper and these frames are the perfect and easy way to frame your art without a massive expense or being locked into.They are good quality, super easy to use - I just had to create the string/rope to hand the frame from which I did using 8lb fireline. I purchased the white and black frames too but this natural colour is my favourite.

Great quality, and product. The natural timber is the perfect colour and complements the photo. Easy to hang, and makes the artwork/photo look amazing! I brought one and had to get another one straight away.

This is the third frame I've purchased in this particular size. Love the deep outer edges and the GLASS within! Other frames I looked at in the price range had perspex, which I did not want. Hung in groups of three in various spots on one of our moderate sized walls, this frame has allowed a variety of our favourite, disparate art pieces to be cohesive and elegantly protected.

The frames were recommended to me and are lovely HOWEVER, the “hangers” on the back are very uneven making it very difficult for you hang them straight. You go to the trouble of ensuring your hooks in the wall are level and your picture ends up crooked/ hung on a slant. And the hangers on each frame are different, so my set of 4 pictures on the wall are all uneven and I’m still trying to figure out my plan B as the hooks are firmly screwed into the wall. I may have to remove them and patch and repaint the newly painted wall. Not happy!
I love Country road frames and have been buying them for over 5 years now. I just noticed that out of the 7 frames I had brought recently, I had to return 3 of them due to dents on the frames or scratches on the glass. I am concerned about the fragility/quality/quality control of your frames and really hope to continue to support Country Road please in providing a high quality and long lasting product as they are absolutely my favourite photo frames!
These are my favourite picture frames!! I keep coming back to buy more because they make a piece of art or simple print look stunning. The natural timber colour is beautiful! The only thing is you need to buy some heavy duty picture frame wire from bunnings to hang it on the wall securely.
Looks beautiful but impossible to hang. 2 d-hooks on back so you have to put a wire on yourself, then all wires are slightly different lengths... you’re trying to hang (4) frames at the same height. They have not thought about actually using this or hanging it, so disappointing. Needs to come w wire or sawtooth hanger. The tiny triangle loops are way too small to try & get straight on a hook. The frame is skinny so those Velcro stick on strips wouldn’t be stuck flat & it would restrict being able to open back to change picture.
We have two of these frames, and they’re great. In fact, all of Country Road’s frames are. They’re adaptable (i.e. look fab both with or without the mat), well made, and they hang beautifully on our walls amongst our other artworks.
These frames are super stunning. The timber is finished so beautifully. The only thing I would like to see change about these is for an a3 template to be printed on the back of the white backing board. It was very difficult to align my print straight in this frame.
I love these, the black exterior and crisp white box frame detail look so chic. The unique shape of the frame also makes my prints look a little more interesting than standard frame dimensions. The two hooks make it a little more difficult to hang however minor issue.
