This bag was a gift for someone for Christmas, and I paid for embroidery on the bag. Unfortunately the embroidery was not the best quality and some of the threads were coming out rather than being tightly sewn/embroidered. Disappointed. If I had had the option, I would have returned the bag based on the embroidery. Will not be paying for personalisation again!

I have had three of these bags consecutively over the last 15 years. They have always lasted the test of time and wash easily. I currently have two of them for two different hobbies and I will continue to buy these as long as they are made! Great value and a quality bag!
This is a great, practical bag that stands the test of time . I use it as a weekender and/or overhead luggage on short trips. It’s simple and stylish. There is a removable long strap. Looks great otherwise just really needs an inside pocket.
Nice sturdy and great sized bag. Great for short weekend getaways, fits everything in! Made from thick sturdy cotton, it has short handles and long strap for the shoulder which is also very comfortable to carry.

Really pleased with this bag. It's got the quality I remember from my original bag, and I love the personalisation - embroidery makes it so personal. I chose the same colour thread as the bag, and this subtle effect is perfect.
Lovely branded Country Road bag. Really roomy, can fit a lot of things in it :) has good strong handles on it too! The only thing is the black one picks up a lot of fluff, but it can easily be removed with a lint roller. Next time I'm going to buy the navy blue one. This bag is a really good buy
I bought this bag for my step son for a recent interstate trip, which was his first flight! We needed luggage, BUT don't have the storage space for suitcases... (especially THREE of them). These bags were perfect! Additionally, I've loved these CR duffle staples since I was a kid. And the colour range is so broad!
